Firstly, I would like to express my indignation at whoever writes reviews on this site, since it was through them that we went to this hotel, and expectations did not coincide with reality. If someone says that you were driving at 4, what you expected, then sorry, we were driving at 4 for the price of 5, and not counting on a mega cool place, but still, we didn’t count on what was actually there either. I want to note that we are not spoiled tourists, we have never been in cool hotels, we wanted to relax modestly, the main thing when choosing was the sea and the beach, and it turned out that the sea and the beach only pleased us.
1) we arrived at 12 at night, with a small child, after we asked us to feed everything they gave us, this is a soup of a very strange suspension, and not a child, we could not eat it. They asked for boiling water, no one understands Russian, until she explained on her fingers that we need to make porridge, at least they fed the child like that.
2) the beach - in the reviews it is written that it is 5 minutes from the hotel, but it is not so, to go with a small child for a good 15 minutes, on the road where cars drive, you don’t look like that here. Food on the beach is very scarce, so they bought fruit and carried it with them. The beach itself and the sea is probably the only plus in our holiday! The sea is clean, a little stormy, the sand is fine, the staff on the beach was well-mannered and friendly, often cleaned.

3) food - someone wrote you will not stay hungry, but I object....not picky about food. but there were days that I had nothing to eat for dinner. Our child ate pasta all 7 days. Meat was served twice. The fruits were sorted out in the first 15 minutes, and then you sit at a table where someone has grapes and a peach next to you, but you didn’t get it anymore. Forks and spoons are just lying on the bedside table on the terrace, the dishes at the bar are plastic. The breakfast was very poor, they didn’t even go for lunch, as they gave him what was for dinner. Well, and most importantly, I’ll add that for the last two days I have been lying with poisoning, which the doctors confirmed to me at home.
4) swimming pool - in the photo it seems cool and huge, in fact it is small and shabby. Thank God we didn’t climb into it, because from the residents they heard how some picked up a thrush in it, a woman with a child of 2 years old lay under droppers in the hospital for 2 days after swimming in the pool. So think for yourself whether it is worth swimming in it or not.
5) the staff is rude, all male staff is the first thing that offers to go to the beach with him at night, and it doesn’t matter if you are with your husband or not, with a child or by yourself. Whenever you ask them a question, they forget the Russian language very abruptly.
6) ANIMATION is a separate issue, we did not notice it for a week at all. No one got to know us or talked about the events. We came only for half an hour before the children's disco so that our little girl would dance, but the music was far from being children's and very loud, no one reacted to our requests to switch the music and make it quieter. There was no children's room at all.
7) cleanliness - the first days we left tips for the maids, but we realized that they only make the bed and change the ashtrays, dirt and sand remain untouched. For 7 days we have never changed bed and linen. Dirty place, dirty elevators. The area in front of the hotel where there is summer furniture, you can sit on it only at night, since you can not see all that horror and dirt. Appliances are dirty.
8) tried to complain to the Guide - Ilya, but all he can say is - "what you want for this money, in other hotels it's even worse. " Damn, as if no one asked him to count my money, and we paid a lot for us.
