In the first two days, food was brought to the table, very scarce????????
Then they set up a buffet. You won't go hungry, but the food is not 5 star, 3k.
The staff is all wonderful, there are a lot of boys and girls, everyone looks at the table and tries to serve, since there were still very few of us guests))), it seemed to us that there were more staff than us)))
Settled in the main building, with an elevator, the room was clean, the reception was good. Throughout the week, the room was not washed, only towels were changed, and the garbage was taken out. Toilet paper, gel, soap. Thank you!

The beach is nothing prepared. There are no locker rooms, the toilet does not work, there is no water in it. there is no all inclusive on the beach. It seems they started making burgers, french fries, beer, coffee. You will not find ice cream during the day with fire anywhere, even to buy it.
Everything is very abandoned
We would call this hotel a resurrection one, we really hope that everything will be fine there. And maybe someday he will recover, and his level will rise to 5k.
Animators are kind, wonderful people, communicate with guests all day long.
Guitarist Murat plays and does his job with all his heart. In the evening until 23:00 they play music, organize something for the guests for a short time (15-30 minutes), respect them for their smiles and good mood.
Bar - none. Take Raki - they won’t dilute it ??? ? . Juices - yupi from the machine, no freshly squeezed tea, only black tea bags, asked for green - no. Coffee only from the machine, powder.

Walking in Alanya (10 minutes from the hotel by bus # 50 one way travel 17 lira) buy there or in Kanakli.
We would never choose this hotel on purpose. Decide for yourself. People with wheelchairs or sore legs DO NOT GO, you will not be able to swim in the sea.
