In general, I liked the hotel in general, if we talk about the overall rating and add an aftertaste from it, if I may say so.
Now in order. I really hope that the managers will take to correct all the negative points on the reviews regarding the hotel.
I'll start with the good. The hotel is cozy, beautiful, the territory is green. Everything is quite harmoniously done.
The rooms are not bad, the renovation is fresh, but of course there are some nuances: the carpet on the floor looks good, but for me it is a collection of dust and debris. It will not last very long in its normal form, since the spots on it are visible quickly and immediately.
The furniture in the rooms is very beautiful, but not functional. It feels like they made it just for beauty. Neither in the room, nor in the bath, all the facades were only facades, without a single drawer (there was no place to put small things at all, everything was lying in plain sight). There were only small wardrobes for use.

The bathroom is new, modern, there were no complaints about the work of plumbing.
Room cleaning is another story. Of course, hotel managers are aware that they have trouble with this issue, but it is clear that nothing will change this season. In general, if briefly about cleaning, then only towels, bedding were changed and garbage was taken out. 2 times we were vacuumed (there is no question of mopping at all) only because I asked to do it already.
The restaurant is good, the food is delicious, on Friday evenings for dinner various seafood. Confectionery and pastries are top notch. freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, packaged juices during the day, very good quality.
The only downside is the soups. It was impossible to give them to children. Both spicy and salty. Therefore, with the first dishes there did not quite work out. Literally only a couple of times got on really delicious soups-puree.
The beach is small, but those traveling with children are the most ideal option. The beach is located in a bay, and therefore the water is always quite calm, without waves. My daughter, 7 years old, did not climb out of the sea on this vacation. For adults who like to sunbathe on a sandy beach - of course the size of the coastline is minus. The beach is small for these purposes. There are sun loungers on the grass, we mostly hung out there, but for us this is the norm, it did not bring discomfort at all.
The mattresses on the sunbeds are white and not very clean, they simply did not have time to clean them... I think that the hotel administration itself has already regretted this choice of mattresses.
Of the absolute advantages of the hotel - it's evening animation and spa.
Hamam and massages at the highest level by professionals in their field.
Evening animation - every day various concerts of invited artists (African groups, Cuban, Moscow shows, Turkish, etc. )... in general, you can feed on cultural and entertainment events for a year in advance.

In general, I really hope that all the minuses that were noticed and expressed to managers working with vacationers will be corrected and in the future the hotel will be even better. And so, if in general, the impressions are positive, I did not want to leave. And if you didn’t want to, then the rest was a success!
P. S. And not unimportant. . . we must not forget that the price of a ticket to this hotel is quite acceptable and it is not worth comparing it with riksos and the like.
