Stayed as a family with two children. We settled at no extra charge as soon as we arrived at the hotel, earlier than stated in the rules. Room overlooking the garden, mountains. The room is large, clean, there were not all sets of towels - but immediately everything was decided. The next day, an appointment was made with the guide. Here is the dissatisfaction - the operator Tui !! ! It seems that the task is to make excursions. Questions about the hotel - answered briefly, with displeasure. At the same time, some guides of other tour operators took their tourists around the hotel and showed what was where. We had to find out for ourselves.
The room was cleaned well, but if you leave a dollar - better, the floors were rubbed to a shine, plus fresh flowers on the bed. Nice!
Food - loved it! 2 times in total got for lunch, both - grilled fish, very tasty. Fruits - grapes, pears, apples of several varieties, watermelon, oranges. Meals at the hotel around the clock. Even at night - tipsy and hungry tourists could have a bite to eat. Pizza, gozlime, shawarma, burgers, fries - all near the pools. My husband said - I would live here!!!

Alcohol - there is champagne, wine is also not bad, beer is good, we don't know the rest, we haven't tried it.
The pools are clean, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, the water park was pleasant, the children are delighted.
Animation - a children's disco is held by a phlegmatic girl, well, that's it. With a face - "how did you all bother me. " After that there were always good level invited artists, except for the day when they held a lottery and karaoke.
The biggest negative is the beach from this hotel. Dirty, small. But, if you go to the left about 20 meters, the clear sea, few people - great!
In general, we were satisfied with the rest! There were, of course, nuances - but this is a question more for tourists, and not for the hotel. Definitely, someday, we'll be back!
