I can’t say that this hotel is worse, food or service, but I’ll dwell on the service. It just doesn't exist. We arrived late in the evening, the road from the airport took a little more than an hour, we arrived a little exhausted. At the reception, we had to wait for a room for at least another hour, the room they gave was in a terrible state, not even sati looking at the possibility of settling in it. As a result, after another hour, they finally settled in a room overlooking the pool on the second floor. The animation team behaved simply inappropriately. The rudeness of some bartenders and waiters in the restaurant. The only hotel staff who smiled at us were the gardeners we met on site and our cleaner. We took great pleasure in tipping him, which he fully deserved. . The room was always clean, he brought as much water as we asked for, replenished coffee and tea, and brought a lot of clean towels, kept the bedding clean, and changed it even more often than asked. Only because of this person I decided to put 3 for the service. The food in the restaurant just doesn't match a 5* hotel. Meat tastes tough and not tasty, salads are completely untrustworthy. Even for breakfast and lunch, the quality of the dishes is not bad, but for dinner, what is not eaten during the day is more likely to be used. There were good fruits, and even sometimes squids, good chicken, but the huge number of birds, and their vital functions, irritated and did not cause appetite at all. As a result of the above about the animators, we did not participate in the general “fun”, and the animation itself was boring. Those who rested with children said that they had nothing to do in the children's room, and the playroom itself was simply not suitable and dirty. We limited ourselves to field trips. I especially recommend Luxor-Dendery, if there is also a banana island, then in general it turns out for a penny for 60 dollars. The ride is very convenient. There are many places, you can walk for hours, but outside there is only desert, the contrast is huge. So if you want to go only because of the sea, then you can choose a hotel. The rest is worth thinking about.
