I'll start everything in order and try not to miss ALL the MINUS and pluses.
Before choosing a hotel, I read a bunch of reviews, chose between hotels. I traveled as a family, we have a small child and for this reason many criteria of the hotel were important. For example, the depth and smoothness of entry into the sea, so that there would be somewhere to walk and something to eat for the child. To my greatest regret, my choice fell on the CARIBBEAN WORLD BORJ CEDRIA 3 hotel, which is sold by the Anextour tour operator, whose representatives (guides) are no better than the hotel itself.
The tour was purchased for mid-August 2018 for 10 nights. The cost of the tour for 2 + 1 cost about $ 1400? that for a 3 star hotel is not a small amount of money. But again, the reviews and photos convinced that it was worth it.

We flew with Azur air. There are no complaints, everything is perfect. The food is excellent, the service and attitude towards passengers too.
Upon arrival, we found the tour operator's desk and headed to the bus.
On the way to the hotel, the Anextour guide said a minimum of information and started selling SIM cards. He did not tell any information about the culture, about the surrounding places. Other tour operators have not rested much, it has always been. Apparently the goal was to sell more SIM cards. Well, it's all the little things.
Our expensive, taking into account arrival 2 hours before check-in, etc. took about 10 hours. For a small child, this is quite difficult. Be sure to keep this in mind if you are with children.
We arrived at the hotel, and not the reception, a huge queue and still need to fill out forms. We stood for another 40 minutes. After that, they gave us the key and told us to come up to the guy in the green T-shirt, he sees us off. There was no guy. We waited another 20 minutes, after which we went to swear and explain that we have a child and whether it is possible to do it as quickly as possible. Only after swearing, a guy immediately came up and escorted us to the room.
We were settled on the first floor, although we immediately asked for the 2nd floor. Not even a box of chocolates helped. They said at first it was good and we will like it.
We came to the room. The room is more spacious and if it were not for a small child, you can live as they say. Due to the fact that the first floor and the floor is practically the ground, since it is on the same level with it, the room is damp like in a crypt. I do not recommend such an environment for a child, since any bacteria quickly spread in dampness. Also, there was no balcony as such, from it you can step over one step to find yourself on the street. The child can run outside on his own, which was not acceptable for us. The windows also overlooked the pool, and there is loud animation that lasts until 23:00. Such conditions are not suitable for a child. Went again to ask for a second floor.

I talked for a long time, as I understand it, with their chief, I was convinced that there were no rooms for 3 people on the 2nd floor, but I stood my ground because I knew that they had a lot of rooms, and different ones. Read, do you know? All the same, they gave up and said that there are such rooms in the bungalow, but they will only be released tomorrow. A day later, we still drove into the room on the 2nd floor, while I ran to the reception again 5 times and reminded. The room was a little smaller, but it was dry and the child just could not run out into the street. Everything suited.
I also asked for a baby cot upon arrival, they told me that it was no problem. After that, I also begged her for another 5 days. There is already a “good attitude” towards vacationers. Is not it ? ? If you need to solve some serious issue, somewhere after 2-3 days you don’t come, they don’t want to solve anything, they say come in the morning. I personally saw a person asking for a key to the safe, since it was electronic and did not open, they did not give him a key and told him to come in the morning. And there money and documents. The woman sobbed at the reception that her husband's cot was broken and he was sleeping on the floor. She asked for at least a mattress, they also refused her and said in the morning, she left in tears. Well, it's all a trifle....Let's go further.
I would like to tell you in detail about "All inclusive? " and a dining room.
I am not a squeamish person and very patient, not picky about food and do not like to complain. But it just boiled over. The dining room, employees and bars (or rather 1 bar in which there is at least something) are just awful. They have some kind of apparently branded sauce in which they cook everything and everything. (pasta, vegetables, rice and potatoes) all for one taste and color. I'm telling you as a person who knows how to cook and know a lot about food. The menu was constantly present rice, pasta (spaghetti) of various shapes, rice and potatoes (which, no matter how cooked, is always not cleaned. ) Constantly the same thing. Throughout the holiday. Nothing new. Salads, such as: chopped as for pigs, various cabbages and leaves, mixed and served. Tomatoes are present, very hard, slightly moldy. The cucumbers were all chopped. There were a couple of olives. Terrible quality. This is in the country of olives... Other salads such as pasta, potatoes, onions, etc. The meat was periodically in the form of chicken and turkey in sauce. This is all in one form and there are always giant queues behind it, but more on that later. Sausages were in sauce a couple of times. The fish was fried (quite tolerable) but very, very bony. For breakfast, one type of sausage, which was periodically absent, 2 types of cheese, all the same salads and scrambled eggs (if you want stuffing, then cut it yourself from what you collected from the distribution tables and give it to the “cook”) There was rice porridge. From porridge one name. It's just rice cooked separately (perhaps not eaten before) filled with milk. There are periodically almost empty croissants. Also pizza, which uses the same sauce everywhere else and what is on sale for vacationers. All sauces, including sweet ones, are diluted from powder. Maybe someone will like it? There were cakes to choose from 1-2 types.

Of the fruits, there is always one choice: either grapes (quite tolerable), or watermelon, which I personally came across is not sweet (like water), melon, which does not even have the smell of melon. There were also flat peaches and small apples that were rotten in one. I was even ashamed to post such ones... In a week you won’t want to see all this, since it’s the same thing and there is no choice as it may seem at first glance. The reviews wrote that there are french fries, various yogurts, etc. There was none of this. The only thing that was in abundance was bread. All food is almost always cold. They have a microwave for this. WARM THE LORD YOURSELF!
My child eats everything and is not whimsical about food, but here the child constantly had to go hungry. Almost all of their food, especially in the sauce, the child simply spit out. I ate only scrambled eggs, sausage and sometimes pasta, if there was no sauce. I also sometimes ate pizza, as far as I understood, all the children in the hotel survived only on it. We periodically went to the city and ate at roadside cafes, as the child terribly lost weight and became exhausted in the truest sense of the word. There he ate everything and spit out nothing. In the cafe we ​ ​ constantly met vacationers from our hotel, for the same reason. There is no strength and desire, not for adults, not for children, to eat bestial hotel food.
Now about the queues. In the queues, according to my calculations, we spent almost half of the vacation. If a dish with meat or at least it is cooked in front of you (it will be hotter) are 15-20 people. If the dish is prepared in front of you (for example, an omelet), then you stand in line for 40 minutes. I spotted. At the same time, dishes are periodically given to you in portions, and you are not allowed to take a lot. This is especially true for croissants, pizza and sweet cakes. I had to swear and say that I have a family, so that they would put a couple of pieces. Such swearing every day. Is it All Inclusive?? ? One woman the waiter did not give an extra piece of cake, and pushed her away. She smeared the cake all over his face. Imagine the tension in the dining room!! ! There are always no plates, no mugs, no forks. You stand in line, they bring quite a bit, and the slaughter begins who gets it. In the literal sense of the word. You grab a plate and at least 2 more people grab it at the same time as you, pulling to your side begins. Whoever has more strength and dexterity will get the plate. You can pour coffee or tea on your own only in the morning for breakfast, standing all the tighter in line for a cup, and then what to pour. The rest of the time they pour at the bar, there is also a queue. But about the bar later?
We often stood and waited for a table to be free. There were days when the guards simply did not let the crowd of vacationers into the dining room, because there are simply no places.

If you get a free table, then as a rule it will be with dirty plates and all in the trash. The waiter comes up, takes the plates, shakes off the tablecloth and turns it over to the other side. A place like "removed" Salt and napkins have to be looked for throughout the dining room. If you put something on a plate and went for tea, for example, a surprise will await you upon your return. At least 5 flies will sit on food? Well, this is a trifle. Flies are everywhere, befriend them and ignore them. In short, everyone went to the dining room as if to war!!!
There are 3 bars on the territory of which, as the guide to the meeting promises, 2 work where alcohol is poured. Only 1 works in full, in the second they poured only wine, and then it is very small and it ends very quickly.
Remembering guides. The guides here don’t really want to help, turn their eyes away, try to run away from the conversation, and if they are told something negative about the hotel, they have one answer: “This is the concept of the hotel”, I heard this answer from the guide many times. I wanted to ask how to get to the store, the guide briefly explained and said that he had no time to explain in detail. BRAVO Anextour!!!
I'll go back to the bar. Since the entire load is for 1 bar, including tea and coffee, there are 2 lines there. For 10-15 people. After such a queue, I don’t want any beer, etc. at all. At the same time, everything is terribly diluted, well, it’s like everywhere else, only 2 times stronger? The strongest wine, mind you. All cola, fanta, etc. is it a diluted terribly sweet powder that they still manage to dilute? Separately, I want to say about the water! Oooh, this is just a blast. Water is poured in the bar only in your own bottle and it tastes like from the toilet. It is not possible to drink it, and I do not recommend it at all. Bottled water is not provided, we bought it ourselves at a local hypermarket. Walk 15-20 minutes.
There is also a bar on the beach, where there is practically nothing to drink. Somehow I went, they said there is only "fanta"
One day I went to the pool bar in the afternoon and asked for a cola. I was told there is only strawberry water, but they will not pour it, since there are no glasses. This attitude is everywhere.

The bar staff barely move, constantly chatting with each other and how they go somewhere on purpose, although there is a queue of 15 people. When your turn comes up, it’s not a fact that you will be poured, the bartender will do anything, but not deal with you. Sometimes, waiting for your turn, you just had to wait for the bartender for 10 minutes, when he deigns to serve you.
A little more negativity and we'll move on to at least something good.

Towels are taken from the room in the morning and returned closer to 15:00 So come to the room to take a shower, but there is nothing to dry yourself with. Keep in mind. IS THIS A HOTEL CONCEPT?
Now about the good. The rooms are quite tolerable for a 3-star hotel, the territory is quite large, beautiful and well-groomed. The beach is also quite clean, there were not always enough sunbeds with mattresses, but it did not bother us. Found broken and without mattresses. ? The sea is often stormy, which brings a lot of garbage. I watched a straight mountain of garbage at the bottom. It didn't bother me, and neither did the baby. “Got around” and swam on. The wife didn't like it. What matters to you, decide for yourself. There are 3 pools. One of them with slides. It's fun to ride, but the joints in the pipes are very rough, the coccyx hurt for 3 days? . The water in the pools is clean. At night they are beautifully lit. The animation is decent, but for 11 days it seemed a little monotonous to me.
P. S. If it weren’t for the sea, a decent pool and animation, we would just go crazy from the nasty staff, the organization of their work and attitude towards vacationers. For the kind of money that is asked for this hotel, it's just a quiet horror. It doesn't even deserve two stars in my opinion. When choosing a hotel, pass this hotel by, even if they write that something has been improved there !! ! With such lazy people who manage and work for them, who are trying to save money on you, nothing will improve. But this is just my opinion, and the decision is always yours. ALL SUCCESSFUL REST!!!! !
