Good day to all.
I want to tell you about my vacation, which was almost completely ruined by this terrible hotel, especially its service!!!
I'll start everything in order and try not to miss ALL the MINUS and pluses.
Before choosing a hotel, I read a bunch of reviews, chose between hotels. I traveled as a family, we have a small child and for this reason many criteria of the hotel were important. For example, the depth and smoothness of entry into the sea, so that there would be somewhere to walk and something to eat for the child. To my greatest regret, my choice fell on the CARIBBEAN WORLD BORJ CEDRIA 3 hotel, which is sold by the Anextour tour operator, whose representatives (guides) are no better than the hotel itself.
The tour was purchased for mid-August 2018 for 10 nights. The cost of the tour for 2 + 1 cost about $ 1400? that for a 3 star hotel is not a small amount of money. But again, the reviews and photos convinced that it was worth it.
We flew with Azur air. There are no complaints, everything is perfect. The food is excellent, the service and attitude towards passengers too.
Upon arrival, we found the tour operator's desk and headed to the bus.
On the way to the hotel, the Anextour guide said a minimum of information and started selling SIM cards. He did not tell any information about the culture, about the surrounding places. Other tour operators have not rested much, it has always been. Apparently the goal was to sell more SIM cards. Well, it's all the little things.
Our expensive, taking into account arrival 2 hours before check-in, etc. took about 10 hours. For a small child, this is quite difficult. Be sure to keep this in mind if you are with children.
We arrived at the hotel, and not the reception, a huge queue and still need to fill out forms. We stood for another 40 minutes. After that, they gave us the key and told us to come up to the guy in the green T-shirt, he sees us off. There was no guy. We waited another 20 minutes, after which we went to swear and explain that we have a child and whether it is possible to do it as quickly as possible. Only after swearing, a guy immediately came up and escorted us to the room.
We were settled on the first floor, although we immediately asked for the 2nd floor. Not even a box of chocolates helped. They said at first it was good and we will like it.
We came to the room. The room is more spacious and if it were not for a small child, you can live as they say. Due to the fact that the first floor and the floor is practically the ground, since it is on the same level with it, the room is damp like in a crypt. I do not recommend such an environment for a child, since any bacteria quickly spread in dampness. Also, there was no balcony as such, from it you can step over one step to find yourself on the street. The child can run outside on his own, which was not acceptable for us. The windows also overlooked the pool, and there is loud animation that lasts until 23:00. Such conditions are not suitable for a child. Went again to ask for a second floor.
I talked for a long time, as I understand it, with their chief, I was convinced that there were no rooms for 3 people on the 2nd floor, but I stood my ground because I knew that they had a lot of rooms, and different ones. Read, do you know? All the same, they gave up and said that there are such rooms in the bungalow, but they will only be released tomorrow. A day later, we still drove into the room on the 2nd floor, while I ran to the reception again 5 times and reminded. The room was a little smaller, but it was dry and the child just could not run out into the street. Everything suited.
I also asked for a baby cot upon arrival, they told me that it was no problem. After that, I also begged her for another 5 days. There is already a “good attitude” towards vacationers. Is not it ? ? If you need to solve some serious issue, somewhere after 2-3 days you don’t come, they don’t want to solve anything, they say come in the morning. I personally saw a person asking for a key to the safe, since it was electronic and did not open, they did not give him a key and told him to come in the morning. And there money and documents. The woman sobbed at the reception that her husband's cot was broken and he was sleeping on the floor. She asked for at least a mattress, they also refused her and said in the morning, she left in tears. Well, it's all a trifle....Let's go further.
I would like to tell you in detail about "All inclusive? " and a dining room.
I am not a squeamish person and very patient, not picky about food and do not like to complain. But it just boiled over. The dining room, employees and bars (or rather 1 bar in which there is at least something) are just awful. They have some kind of apparently branded sauce in which they cook everything and everything. (pasta, vegetables, rice and potatoes) all for one taste and color. I'm telling you as a person who knows how to cook and know a lot about food. The menu was constantly present rice, pasta (spaghetti) of various shapes, rice and potatoes (which, no matter how cooked, is always not cleaned. ) Constantly the same thing. Throughout the holiday. Nothing new. Salads, such as: chopped as for pigs, various cabbages and leaves, mixed and served. Tomatoes are present, very hard, slightly moldy. The cucumbers were all chopped. There were a couple of olives. Terrible quality. This is in the country of olives... Other salads such as pasta, potatoes, onions, etc. The meat was periodically in the form of chicken and turkey in sauce. This is all in one form and there are always giant queues behind it, but more on that later. Sausages were in sauce a couple of times. The fish was fried (quite tolerable) but very, very bony. For breakfast, one type of sausage, which was periodically absent, 2 types of cheese, all the same salads and scrambled eggs (if you want stuffing, then cut it yourself from what you collected from the distribution tables and give it to the “cook”) There was rice porridge. From porridge one name. It's just rice cooked separately (perhaps not eaten before) filled with milk. There are periodically almost empty croissants. Also pizza, which uses the same sauce everywhere else and what is on sale for vacationers. All sauces, including sweet ones, are diluted from powder. Maybe someone will like it? There were cakes to choose from 1-2 types.
Of the fruits, there is always one choice: either grapes (quite tolerable), or watermelon, which I personally came across is not sweet (like water), melon, which does not even have the smell of melon. There were also flat peaches and small apples that were rotten in one. I was even ashamed to post such ones... In a week you won’t want to see all this, since it’s the same thing and there is no choice as it may seem at first glance. The reviews wrote that there are french fries, various yogurts, etc. There was none of this. The only thing that was in abundance was bread. All food is almost always cold. They have a microwave for this. WARM THE LORD YOURSELF!
My child eats everything and is not whimsical about food, but here the child constantly had to go hungry. Almost all of their food, especially in the sauce, the child simply spit out. I ate only scrambled eggs, sausage and sometimes pasta, if there was no sauce. I also sometimes ate pizza, as far as I understood, all the children in the hotel survived only on it. We periodically went to the city and ate at roadside cafes, as the child terribly lost weight and became exhausted in the truest sense of the word. There he ate everything and spit out nothing. In the cafe we constantly met vacationers from our hotel, for the same reason. There is no strength and desire, not for adults, not for children, to eat bestial hotel food.
Now about the queues. In the queues, according to my calculations, we spent almost half of the vacation. If a dish with meat or at least it is cooked in front of you (it will be hotter) are 15-20 people. If the dish is prepared in front of you (for example, an omelet), then you stand in line for 40 minutes. I spotted. At the same time, dishes are periodically given to you in portions, and you are not allowed to take a lot. This is especially true for croissants, pizza and sweet cakes. I had to swear and say that I have a family, so that they would put a couple of pieces. Such swearing every day. Is it All Inclusive?? ? One woman the waiter did not give an extra piece of cake, and pushed her away. She smeared the cake all over his face. Imagine the tension in the dining room!! ! There are always no plates, no mugs, no forks. You stand in line, they bring quite a bit, and the slaughter begins who gets it. In the literal sense of the word. You grab a plate and at least 2 more people grab it at the same time as you, pulling to your side begins. Whoever has more strength and dexterity will get the plate. You can pour coffee or tea on your own only in the morning for breakfast, standing all the tighter in line for a cup, and then what to pour. The rest of the time they pour at the bar, there is also a queue. But about the bar later?
We often stood and waited for a table to be free. There were days when the guards simply did not let the crowd of vacationers into the dining room, because there are simply no places.
If you get a free table, then as a rule it will be with dirty plates and all in the trash. The waiter comes up, takes the plates, shakes off the tablecloth and turns it over to the other side. A place like "removed" Salt and napkins have to be looked for throughout the dining room. If you put something on a plate and went for tea, for example, a surprise will await you upon your return. At least 5 flies will sit on food? Well, this is a trifle. Flies are everywhere, befriend them and ignore them. In short, everyone went to the dining room as if to war!!!
There are 3 bars on the territory of which, as the guide to the meeting promises, 2 work where alcohol is poured. Only 1 works in full, in the second they poured only wine, and then it is very small and it ends very quickly.
Remembering guides. The guides here don’t really want to help, turn their eyes away, try to run away from the conversation, and if they are told something negative about the hotel, they have one answer: “This is the concept of the hotel”, I heard this answer from the guide many times. I wanted to ask how to get to the store, the guide briefly explained and said that he had no time to explain in detail. BRAVO Anextour!!!
I'll go back to the bar. Since the entire load is for 1 bar, including tea and coffee, there are 2 lines there. For 10-15 people. After such a queue, I don’t want any beer, etc. at all. At the same time, everything is terribly diluted, well, it’s like everywhere else, only 2 times stronger? The strongest wine, mind you. All cola, fanta, etc. is it a diluted terribly sweet powder that they still manage to dilute? Separately, I want to say about the water! Oooh, this is just a blast. Water is poured in the bar only in your own bottle and it tastes like from the toilet. It is not possible to drink it, and I do not recommend it at all. Bottled water is not provided, we bought it ourselves at a local hypermarket. Walk 15-20 minutes.
There is also a bar on the beach, where there is practically nothing to drink. Somehow I went, they said there is only "fanta"
One day I went to the pool bar in the afternoon and asked for a cola. I was told there is only strawberry water, but they will not pour it, since there are no glasses. This attitude is everywhere.
The bar staff barely move, constantly chatting with each other and how they go somewhere on purpose, although there is a queue of 15 people. When your turn comes up, it’s not a fact that you will be poured, the bartender will do anything, but not deal with you. Sometimes, waiting for your turn, you just had to wait for the bartender for 10 minutes, when he deigns to serve you.
A little more negativity and we'll move on to at least something good.
We wanted to take a safe, came to the reception, they told us that in addition to the fact that you need to pay for the rent, you still need to buy batteries, since they are not in the safe, but is it like everything in the morning?
Towels are taken from the room in the morning and returned closer to 15:00 So come to the room to take a shower, but there is nothing to dry yourself with. Keep in mind. IS THIS A HOTEL CONCEPT?
Now about the good. The rooms are quite tolerable for a 3-star hotel, the territory is quite large, beautiful and well-groomed. The beach is also quite clean, there were not always enough sunbeds with mattresses, but it did not bother us. Found broken and without mattresses. ? The sea is often stormy, which brings a lot of garbage. I watched a straight mountain of garbage at the bottom. It didn't bother me, and neither did the baby. “Got around” and swam on. The wife didn't like it. What matters to you, decide for yourself. There are 3 pools. One of them with slides. It's fun to ride, but the joints in the pipes are very rough, the coccyx hurt for 3 days? . The water in the pools is clean. At night they are beautifully lit. The animation is decent, but for 11 days it seemed a little monotonous to me.
P. S. If it weren’t for the sea, a decent pool and animation, we would just go crazy from the nasty staff, the organization of their work and attitude towards vacationers. For the kind of money that is asked for this hotel, it's just a quiet horror. It doesn't even deserve two stars in my opinion. When choosing a hotel, pass this hotel by, even if they write that something has been improved there !! ! With such lazy people who manage and work for them, who are trying to save money on you, nothing will improve. But this is just my opinion, and the decision is always yours. ALL SUCCESSFUL REST!!!! !
I want to tell you about my vacation, which was almost completely ruined by this terrible hotel, especially its service!!!

We settled in an uncleaned room, towels were not given out on time, I chose according to reviews, turned out to be lower than I expected, the food is so-so, you have to buy mineral water, the hotel is weak, for such money it would be possible to put everything in order, I do not recommend this hotel

Before July, it’s not worth going to this hotel on the sea, this is what the natives say. A good 3, as Anex sells it, but not a 4. $400 per person for 14 nights red price for the whole season! Although the potential still remains and everything depends on the "master"! The territory is green and large, adjacent to the hotel for the capitalists (French? ) who have been waiting since July.

$400 per person for 14 nights red price for the whole season! Although the potential still remains and everything depends on the "master"!
The territory is green and large, adjacent to the hotel for the capitalists (French? ) who have been waiting since July.
The contingent is 95% Russians, 5% Belarusians, Ukrainians and others.
The staff is friendly and patient and willing to help with any questions. If you don't "bull" like - hey you, everything is paid for, etc. ! As some representatives of the majority are accustomed to.
It is possible to communicate in French, because the Tunisian language is not quite Arabic. Although badly poor Russian understand.
At the request (without chocolates / bucks and scandals) they settled in a spacious, quiet room (2114.2nd floor) with a view of the Aboriginal cottages, 2-level with 3 beds (mattresses on concrete podiums).
There are no special comments - in some places the tiles on the floor are broken and "play" underfoot.
Under the front door there is a two-finger gap "avenue" for wood lice and centipedes of various kinds.
Air conditioning (ducted) on the ceiling, at night it buzzes for three numbers, but without it it’s tight because the roof pitched to the sun heats up unchildishly, it’s not an option to ventilate because mosquitoes won’t let you sleep. Even during the day, stopping near a jasmine bush is fraught with a dozen reptiles on bare areas of the body, and in the evening it will be difficult to dine on the street (stuffy inside).
In No. 2072 (1st floor), the wall adjacent to the bathroom is "eaten away" by a fungus that "climbs" already on fresh paint (the smell is appropriate), and a very lively cockroach (not a Prussian).
In some of the visited bungalows on the 1st floors, similar phenomena (hurriedly painted over)!
In the bungalow, the rooms are cramped by the way!
Yes, and all the so-called. "renovation" - a fresh renovation about which travel agents "whistle" in fact nothing more than cosmetics-marafet "at a fast pace" produced to this day! Apparently for our audience, because.
on the "French" territory, everything looks like it does!
Cleaned regularly but "bypassing" our things. Towels were changed daily but the leapfrog is constant, sometimes less than the tenants, sometimes only large ones, then they will pick it up in the morning and bring it to 16-17 hours. Strained.
Wi-Fi - was in all cases, but not stable, sometimes it "hangs" under the antenna, sometimes it "flies" in the room.
The sea - we went to the sea! For 2 weeks, I managed to "swim" - swim 10-12 times and then from 6 to 7-8 in the morning.
Since a cold, strong, sometimes very strong wind blows for days, the wind makes decent waves during the day, swimming comes down to dipping + leaving the water you get a charge of freshness and a certain amount of sand in your bathing accessories. Waves bring decent algae and debris, which stays in the water all the time. The water is warm enough. The bottom is shallow but with rifts, enter and exit carefully. Letting kids go is dangerous.
Beach - because of the same wind, it is more suitable for hardening and inhalation from sea dust + it will add sand to all possible places. Cleaning - raking algae and removing debris from the bins, after a couple of hours the view is the same. Well, the bydlot from the majority contributes in every possible way.
From 10 to 12 - "charging" for the ladies, boccia, volleyball at 11 and 16 (by the hour). Sometimes something for the kids on the sand by the water.
During the day, a couple of guys from the police sit with weapons on the edges of the beach and "secure" in the form of a pair of jocks.
Those and others often "stick" into phones! Therefore, crowds of locals with sacks roam across the beach, and sometimes into the territory. Noticed more than once. Aboriginal beach "lifeguards" are also more for show.
From time to time, tractors carry garbage across the beach and drive ATVs.
"Restaurant" - a boarding house dining room, a very stuffy room, without air conditioning (at least fans) and flies in a decent amount. There is a bar with beer and "wine" + soda.
The range of dishes is not very diverse. But there is enough food in order to get fed up, they constantly bring and add "snatched". Chicken always, occasionally turkey. Rice, three types of potatoes, various pickles, mayonnaise, sauces. Fried fish, mostly capelin type, 3 times tuna (small), a couple of times mackerel. Vegetables are fresh and cooked.
In the morning pancakes, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, cheese (not very), sausage. Croissants and other bakery products (very much) to them varenki, tahini halva, butter.
For children, only rice in milk and rice. rings in the morning Yogurt without additives.
A la carte.
More for show. 1 time each free of charge, reservation at the reception at 10 am, the same day at 19-00 visit. In the same (adjacent to the main dining room) room, all three cuisines such as "Mexican", Indian, "Chinese" in turn. The menu is meager, no choice, the same for everyone, salad + hot and dessert (pies) from the main dining room.
Bars.
The main one near the dining room is poured like "whiskey, gin, vodka, wine" - nothing to do with the labeled drinks. Low alcohol drink! That the truth does not prevent the afflicted from getting drunk to a swine state with all the consequences. There is Heineken 0.3l. for dinars, you can buy bottled water there for 2 dinars ..
In the rest of the bars (except for the beach) beer, tolerable, any kind of yupi, tap water (quite drinkable) is poured into your bottle and even out of turn.
Bar on the beach from 21 - soda only 2 types, from 24 sandwiches, "pizza".
Animation - normal, but super does not pull. In the dining room, the whole group congratulates birthdays with "happy Birthday to You" in different languages and with a cake.
Everything is basically pulled by two experienced guys Tony and Bobo. The rest, a man of 6 students (+ the son of the "master"), try (not all) in general for 4 -.
The repertoire of evening shows, both in Turkey, is so-so ...In addition, indoors, the sound "hammers" in the ears and is not infrequently smoky (there is also a bar).
And the summer theater is still under "renovation"!
A good 3, as Anex sells it, but not a 4.
$400 per person for 14 nights red price for the whole season! Although the potential still remains and everything depends on the "master"!
The territory is green and large, adjacent to the hotel for the capitalists (French? ) who have been waiting since July.

I will try to tell you a little truth about the hotel. Bitter, but true.
Choosing this hotel, many read laudatory reviews on the site. But I will write you a truthful review, if possible, without going into emotions. Everyone will decide for himself whether this hotel is worthy of a precious vacation. We traveled on Thursday. Family with two daughters. 2 and 7 years old. Issue price 1500 dollars for 12 nights. Which, in principle, is not expensive. But …
1. Road and settlement.
We drove 1.5 hours with a transfer from Enfid Airport. Basically, it doesn't bother me. Tunisia itself is a beautiful country. Something in between Egypt and Turkey. Beautiful views of mountains, deserts, sea. . . and garbage. He is everywhere. It is the garbage capital of the world. We arrived at the hotel at 23:00. Dinner is already over. But they took us to feed. On the plate lay one chicken wing, with the remains of feathers. A couple of pieces of beets, onions, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers. With a total weight of 200 grams. I, a healthy man of 90 kg, had a shock (I noticed an even greater shock in the eyes of my wife. There was nothing to feed the children. They didn’t give me water either. And there’s nowhere to get it. Bars don’t work after 23. No. Saved by the water brought with me. They don't give water to the room. The water from the tap smells like bleach.
2. Number.
I won't write about broken tiles, a smoky blanket, broken plumbing. . . it doesn't matter to me. All this has been written before me in previous reviews and it's all true. And I'm not picky about the number. I only sleep there. Therefore, I will write differently....The room was large. 1159 in the central building on the second floor overlooking the pools. Two-storied. On the second floor there was an air conditioner that was not properly connected, the buttons did not match their purpose. Old hotel, has about 100 rooms in the central building and only 3 common air conditioning systems on the roof of each wing. What does it mean? That you can't set the temperature. The air conditioner itself has in fact two modes on / off and that's it. Or you get cold and get sick in a day. And half the hotel was sick. Mostly children. Or feed the mosquitoes. The last ones in the hotel are not poisoned and this is a real problem. Old plywood doors did not provide any soundproofing. And the lock could be knocked out with a shoulder. The safe was…small…chargeable…and broken. They hid things in a bag under lock and key. Uncomfortable pillows, feeling like they are stuffed with some kind of lumps. After sleeping, my neck and head hurt terribly.
3. Hotel.
Huge territory. This is a plus. A lot of beautiful places. It is possible to take many great photos. But most of the villas and buildings are abandoned. Reconstruction is gradually going on. Construction. Repairs. The workers are trying very hard. That grass is planted. They water it. They put new separate air conditioners on renovated rooms. Next to another hotel. The territory is common. But it is for Algerians, Libyans and Tunisians. Slavs and Europeans are not there. The common area is fenced. Guarded. There are three posts on the beach and one at the gate. Tunisian National Guard soldiers are armed with serious Steyr AUG assault rifles. There is video surveillance. The beach is patrolled by a police helicopter. The hotel has a complete sense of security. But where the hotel ends, garbage begins... Mountains of garbage. Fishermen clean the fish right on the beach, which they sell to this hotel. Fish waste rots on the shore and the wind carries the smell to the territory of the mini-aqua park. The stench is terrible. All garbage that is removed from the beach is dumped behind the wall of the hotel, on the beach. The sight is terrible. There is a gift shop. But dear. Cheaper twice, if you go outside the hotel towards the mosque. 10 minutes walk and you are in a good European-level supermarket. But there you won't buy cigarettes, alcohol, pork, and TAMPAX. Paradox but true. Once a week in the morning before lunch comes a small market. You can bargain for souvenirs.
4. Pools.
There are several. Child and adult with connected system but without filtration. Chlorine is thrown at night straight from the bucket. Have seen it a few times. And in the morning the children swim there. Another feature is the overpopulation of the hotel by Arab families. Each Arab family has 5-6 children and a mother in a veil. They don't go to the sea. They sit in the pool all day long... You yourself understand what this means. Mucus floats in the pool at the end of the day. Because the second place-hotbed of diseases in this hotel, after the old air conditioner, is the pool.
5. Water park.
Old. The pipes are long overdue for restoration. They are worn out and do not slip. Of the 7 slides, only 4 work. And this is for 2 hotels. Queue starting at 10 am. The water in the pool is the same as I described above. Already at 12 full of mucus. Not enough sun beds, umbrellas. I do not understand why not add children's slides. Really lacks some kind of dragon, toad. Although the territory allows.
6. Beach and sea.
Gorgeous sand. Small and pleasant. Sometimes huge meter waves. Impressive. This is not the case in Turkey or Egypt. The children really enjoyed it. Jellyfish were 3-4 times. Large. The storm was already carrying the dead. Security. Soldiers of the National Guard with weapons are on duty from 9 to 19. Sometimes the mounted police come. The local security service of the hotel accompanies almost every local who wants to get past the tourists. This is a plus. The beach, as it were, is public in Tunisia. But local residents are not allowed to swim on it. And trash. Again, there are not enough beds. Lots of broken and old ones. Umbrellas are also few. This is a bay. Because the sea is very dirty. For two weeks of rest, only 4-5 times it was without garbage. To the right of the beach is a public beach. On weekends there are a lot of local people. And the course of the bay is such that all urine, garbage, mucus, algae floats past the hotel's beach. I myself saw women's pads, bulls, juice boxes, plastic cups, a chair, condoms, a canister of motor oil... It's terrible. This is the tragedy of the country.
Slavs tourists run in the morning to take sun loungers. Leaving the beach or the pool leave things. These ichthyanders consider themselves tourists)) And then couples with children sit stupidly on the sand. I heard a conversation of a lady who boasted that she had already taken sunbeds on the beach, by the pool and a table in a restaurant. Such an idiot probably has a towel on the seat on the plane. And another young lady in front of us took off her shoes, things, shoes from her girlfriend and occupied chairs by the amphitheater. Yes, I occupied it so actively that I knocked over 6 glasses of cocktails, for which I stood in line for 40 minutes))))
7. Bars.
There is no bar on the beach. Alcohol is not provided. Three types of drinks. Now Fanta, then Cola, then Sprite. Everything. For a beer or a cocktail you will have to go to the central building 10 minutes there and 10 back. And then stand in line. 10 minutes. The result. After two hikes, you realize that you won’t drink more beer on the beach or a cocktail. Drinks are a mixture of concentrate and tap water. Sadly. But sometimes the concentrate runs out. And then the bartenders pour beer and Cola and Fanta from bottles. Golden times are coming. But in 14 days it was like that for 4 days in total. Beer Stella. Lager. Tastes a bit like beer. But he doesn't get drunk. Stomach hurts from drinking. But it doesn't get drunk. Delicious cocktails throughout the day in the bar of the central building. But there is also a queue. Delicious cocktails in the evenings. But people stand in line for 40 minutes. They take 4-5 cocktails for two so that they no longer stand in line. Glasses are missing. Water is easier to buy in the store. 1 dinar 1.5 liters. But agree. Go on vacation to buy water there? Absurd. No water is provided in the room. And there are no refrigerators in the room.
8. Kitchen.
Here is the most interesting. And sad. In a country that is heavily developed by agriculture, you will half-starve in a 4-star hotel.
Monotony.
Turkey meat, chicken, rarely fried beef. Turkey fried, boiled, stewed, grilled, in sausages. Even the turkey sausage. Sometimes we found feathers in this sausage.
The fish are small sardine and mackerel, which are caught right there by local fishermen, and, as I wrote, they are cleaned on the beach. Once in 2 weeks there was tuna. But not fried. The grill is old and out of date. He would either burn it or not roast it. So they ate.
A sea of cabbage, pasta, onions. . . But I'll be honest. Neither children nor adults can eat there. Once served a potato ball. It was a holiday for visitors.
I was really afraid that I would serve mutton kebab and there would be a massacre for him. With broken teeth and broken limbs))
Of the fruits there was a delicious watermelon and tasteless, green peaches and nectarines.
In fairness, it is worth noting a very tasty confectionery. She was wonderful. And cakes and brownies and custards. Gorgeous jams. Neither in Turkey nor Egypt, we have not seen this. The confectioner is clearly a master.
9. Animation.
She was cheerful. Strong. Quality. But the children's program started late. At 21 local time. The children already wanted to sleep. Separately, I would like to note the party in the children's pool. When 200 people danced in it for 3 hours in a row. In clothes and some in shoes. Harkali there. Drinks were spilled. And in the morning, there were swimming children (((
10. When checking out, we were given room 2076 to change. It looked and smelled like a public restroom. This is disrespectful to tourists.
In general, summing up:
The hotel is not even a triple. The workers and staff are working very hard. They are great. But poor funding will lead this hotel to collapse. Instead of renovating new rooms, the management should have updated plumbing, air conditioning, TVs and furniture in the old ones. Distribute sun beds (of which there are hundreds under tarpaulins in a nearby hotel). Improve the quality of food and beverages. The chef is excellent, since he makes something out of such a meager selection of products. But he is not God either. Pool cleaning needs to be refurbished. Almost all the children, including ours, fell ill there. It is not excluded from infection. And so this hotel will die before it can be revived. People will be out of work. A group of German tourists almost looked in the mouth. They danced before them. Poured wine from a separate bottle for lunch. Set up a separate table. This is already unpleasant for us Slavs. Of which the hotel is 80 percent. There is simply no desire to go there. In general, we survived, almost rested....But if we could turn back time, we would not waste time on this hotel.
Choosing this hotel, many read laudatory reviews on the site. But I will write you a truthful review, if possible, without going into emotions. We rested with my family - me, my husband, children - 16 and 5 years old. We liked everything! The room got a two-story, after repair, clean. View of the pool. beef, turkey, pizza, donuts, french fries, a lot of vegetable salads, fruit-peaches, oranges, watermelons, strawberries. In this they are wonderful dancers, artists, trainers in aqua aerobics, belly dancing, etc.

Someone writes that the food is poor and they had diarrhea all the rest -not surprised (many people pick up several plates of food, indiscriminately, as if they were eating for the last time in their lives). The sea is clean, sandy beach. Garbage came after the storm, but it was quickly removed.

The hotel itself occupies a large area very green and beautiful, the rooms are very modest, the water in the toilet is periodically turned off, the towels are not very clean, they can’t even be called white, the animators are great, the kitchen is also not bad, but the poor thing - that the dishes are the dishes, the guide is good only bringing in and taking away - no complaints, but at the hotel the guide only foist excursions and everything, God forbid, sees that you are going somewhere not on their excursions, it becomes straight on its hind legs, the sea is strange - when it is warm it storms, it does not storm - cold and the wind carries the sand, maybe we were unlucky, but I don’t want to go there anymore.

The hotel deserves 4*. The territory is huge, the first line, several pools. The choice fell on him by chance, but we were very pleased. We arrived late in the evening, we were fed and immediately placed. The rooms are good, everything works, there are no insects. In the main restaurant, the food is excellent, varied.

All day long, from morning to night, everyone is entertained by animators - a wonderful team, very artistic guys. The only thing that was not very good was the weather, the sea is cool in May.
The service and the hotel itself in general highly recommend.

We rested in mid-May 2018. We didn’t plan a trip to Tunisia. I bribed the price, $ 485 for two, all with a flight. The time for Tunisia is quite cool. Air 22-25 ° C, sea 18-19 ° C. Sea is shallow, in the morning at 5 quiet hours, clear water, but cool. The hotel is very good, perfect cleanliness. The kitchen is good, there is enough food for everyone.

Sea is shallow, in the morning at 5 quiet hours, clear water, but cool. The hotel is very good, perfect cleanliness. The kitchen is good, there is enough food for everyone. Let's give a few tips:
1. Do not change all the dollars in the hotel, the rate is worse than in any bank in the city of Tunisia (for $ 100 they give 240 tdn, in the city 250 tdn, the difference is $ 4)
2. A trip to Carthage in an organized way is 100 tdn per person, if you take a taxi near the hotel in four, it will cost from 20 + 10 tdn per person. You can "stick" to any group on the spot. We did just that.
3. It is better to go to the Medina market by "metro" 0.85 tdn, to the "metro" taxi from the hotel 2 tdn (if 4 people) and 1 tdn (if 2 people) or walk 15 minutes. Drive to the final "metro", when exiting the station, keep to the left. Medina is 5 minutes walk.
4. Extra virgin olive oil 0.8% 1l in a grocery store near the hotel 11 tdn, the hotel is more expensive.
The impression of the hotel is very good.

In June 2017, my husband and I decided to visit Tunisia. The hotel was chosen for a long time. We read different reviews, but decided to stay at this hotel: Caribbean World borj cedria. We are very glad that we chose this hotel. The vacation went great. Friendly staff looked after us throughout our stay. Animators (especially TIMO and WILLY) tried to keep all the guests in a good mood.

We are very glad that we chose this hotel. The vacation went great. Friendly staff looked after us throughout our stay. Animators (especially TIMO and WILLY) tried to keep all the guests in a good mood. Every day there was a new program. There were a lot of families with children. Very varied food. Lots of fruits and various sweets. For lovers of pastries - this hotel is a paradise. We met with guests from France, London, Switzerland, Poland, and the Czech Republic. There were also guests from Moscow and St. Petersburg. In a word, if you want a good rest - we highly recommend this hotel.

Hello Everyone. I rested from May 27 to June 6. The hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and sociable, answered all questions. Cozy room, always good and varied food, drinks. Large well-groomed green area. There are also water slides. The beach has white sand, and most importantly clean. Transparent and warm sea.
