The sea near the hotel is dangerous with POISONOUS jellyfish - the hotel does not warn about their presence in the sea. After their attack, terrible scars remain (I have had scars for 3 weeks), these chemical burns heal for a long time. People with allergic reactions may deteriorate sharply. Through a few days after the burn, these places swell again. Horrible. And if such an attack is on a child?
The hotel provided us with very poor service –
-we were put in no. 9018 with dirty beds
- at 12 midnight on 09/22/13 we had to ask for the hotel reception, and then demand to change the bed. Pillowcases were changed only on the afternoon of 09/23/13 after our repeated request. No one changed the duvet cover of a large blanket during the 14 days of rest.

- the air conditioner in the room did not work on 09/22/13. After our urgent request on the night of September 22.2013, it was repaired, and later it worked very poorly. The room did not cool well.
- TV didn't work
- for 14 days we were given only 3 bars of soap, 2 shampoos and 3 conditioners
- no one washed the terrace of the room and the door for 5 years, it is all dirty.
- the mosquito net in the room was poorly sealed and mosquitoes entered the room
- the restaurant in the hotel is not ventilated, the air conditioning was constantly turned off, the heat from the pizza oven went into the restaurant hall. The hotel saves on electricity.
- restaurant waiters openly sell cheese and wine, trying to sell it to us, although we have already paid for it
Some of the cooks preparing the food were coughing. All this led to numerous SARS among hotel guests who visited the restaurant. The quality of cooking some dishes, in particular fish is very low. The fish is tasteless. The fruits were washed in such a way that dirt remained on them.
The open areas of the restaurant are full of flies and it is not very comfortable for a non-smoker - everyone smokes, you can suffocate. Why is there no outdoor restaurant area for non-smokers?
- the hotel's beach does not have enough sunbeds and a place on the beach can only be found from 6-00 am. Later they are not available. On the beach, there are places for non-smoking vacationers, the area for non-smokers and smokers is not divided, so the smoke is a rocker. The whole beach is covered in cigarette butts, which no one cleaned during the 14 days of our holiday.
- for 10 days there was no lighting at the exit from the area of ​ ​ our bungalows.
We will not be returning to Tunisia again.
