The rooms are good, though they did not clean every day and did not change towels, but somehow survived. But probably the subjective attitude of the cleaners to us, because their women do not like beautiful girls from our region. There were three of us, and 2 sets of towels, hangers and shamnun were seen, but after a visit to the reception everything was resolved. By the way, we also went to the reception for clean towels and changed them. The staff is friendly, but everyone is waiting for a tip. However, if you do not give money, it will not be especially worse for you. As for shampoo and soap: give small jars once upon arrival, when it's over, you have to look for a cleaner and ask her, although you can take everything from home.
This ambiguity with shampoos was strange for us, because it is still 4 *, while in Turkey, even 3 * of this shower gel and shampoo was enough. The room has a safe, which was very convenient. In general, the hotel area is clean, both inside and out. Food is varied, we did not go hungry. In May, the fruits were given watermelons, melons, peaches, apricots, strawberries, dates. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. And I also liked the wine, not bottled, but bottled. However, to pour it in the cafeteria as much as you want, you need to give a tip. Another big plus is the water, which can be taken at the bar without restrictions. The territory of the hotel is really green, there is a "Jungle Park" there you can climb on any climbing frame, it costs 20-25 dinars (1 dinar - 5 hryvnia). The beach is big, there were enough sunbeds. A towel for the beach can be pledged for 10 dinars (UAH 50), this money is then returned when you hand over the towel. Cool pool.
Near the pool animation, gymnastics, including water, the quality of the game, shouting and all sorts of things, but we went out by the sea, not particularly involved there. In the evening, the animators also entertained the people as much as they could, sometimes they succeeded. There was a mini disco for the kids. We went on a trip to the Sahara, I liked it, it costs from $ 100, depending on what you will ride there (camels, horses, ATVs). It is worth going. As for souvenirs: if you go to the Sahara, the first stop in Keirouan will be the cheapest souvenirs, only there and buy everything, including bags. In Sousse itself, the shops are also not expensive, but in Keirouan it was really cheap. I also recommend going to the old part of the city - Medina, it's great to take pictures there (40 minutes walk). As for shopping in Medina, if you know how to bargain - buy (the price will be three times, four times, etc. cheaper), but first you can see the prices in the shops, and then stomp in Medina on the market.

You must also go to the port, about 1.10 years. , or by taxi or locomotive (costs 2.50).
We also had a very good hotel guide - Lydia, a normal nice girl who, unlike other guides, did not give us a tour, but just did a good job.
In general, we liked the hotel and Tunisia, we will come again, but to another city.
