We went with friends, we liked everything, we would probably return to the hotel again, BUT the reception and animation spoil the impression.
Reception - you have to go down 10 times and talk about problems in the room, each time they answered that you need to wait 10 minutes and so several times, they are not greeted very hospitably, friends had an anniversary, they said this at the reception and asked to set a table in the restaurant, to which we were told that yes, everything would be ready, but again no action was taken, the same with the birthday.
Animation is a different story. There are no discos in the hotel. Until 23.00 they entertain at the show, after silence, during the day only aerobics are held 2 times and that's it.
Animation begging for estimates, not all, but there were some. At what they stand above the soul and wait until you write their name and a positive review.
The food is very good, but our people are usually always hungry, the queues were long, but we arrived early and did not have to wait long. Drinks are not great to say the least. They pour a lot of alcohol (cocktail). I had to control the whole process, the staff was mostly friendly.
A lot of Arabs, more than half, almost never saw Russians.
The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are a huge plus. Nice, cozy.
