At the entrance to the hotel, we paid money to be given a good room, our friends were immediately given a good room, and we were asked to wait, in the end we waited 2 hours until the room was cleaned. the room was cleaned, but the air conditioner did not work in the room, we did not complain until it started to drip, we were not in the room all day, flooded the carpet to such an extent that it was possible to splash. The front desk was quick to respond to our complaints. as a result, the next day, only this repairman climbed to the air conditioner, collapsed to the floor along with part of the ceiling from the air conditioner. after which we changed the number. But even there surprises awaited us. every time we wanted to enter the room, we had to look for a cleaning lady to open the door for us, since the card did not work. on the millet flight they drove us back and forth, they could not do anything with this door, and they did not want to change our number. in the end, after numerous scandals, we changed the room, and then only by the evening of the next day. in general, the attitude towards Russians there is certainly not very good. for lunch and dinner no glasses or spoons. constantly had to look for a waiter, and ask for water or spoons. mood of course spoiled. money exchange only 2 times a day for 2 hours. and half a day. The beach is very small, mattresses are paid. there is no animation at all, they dance like paralyzed, no asset, the people were not amused or raised. in general, of course, they spoiled our mood, but we had a super rest, the main thing is to relax with good company. but I do not recommend this hotel!
