We rested in Tunisia with our daughter (she was then 1 year and 10 months old). I think this played a big role in the attitude of all of us with whom we had to deal. release of rooms. And they tried to put us in a not very clean room, but it all settled down in almost 3 hours, and we were given 5 rooms to choose from! We just had to wait a bit. But we spent the waiting time on the beach, having previously left our luggage at the reception. This was the only incident in the 16 days of his stay in this country.
The room was cleaned daily, towels and bed sheets were also changed daily (we just left a tip of 1 dinar per day as civilized people). The food was simply amazing with its variety, for breakfast, of course, there were no "pineapples in champagne", but yogurts, sausages, cereals, fritters, cheeses, scrambled eggs and much more. a holiday for a Russian person! Daily 7-8 types of only hot dishes, plus a variety of side dishes, salads, desserts, pastries, fruits. True, we had HB, so drinks at dinner were paid, but you can pay for such wine (we tried everything varieties, especially liked the pink ones).
In general, I was struck by the cheapness of prices. There are two state trade networks, Monapri and General, and so there are simply ridiculous prices (even if transferred to our money).

I really liked the excursions, though they were afraid to go to the Sahara (the daughter was small, and after all, 2 days of travel). But the trip to the north of the country is worth the 100 dinars (2100 for our money) that we spent. And the excursion on ATVs is generally a squeak! I want to warn those who want to buy gold or ebony crafts, do not take it on the market! They know how to bargain there, be healthy! The attitude towards children is simply amazing! Only Russians constantly pull their children! Neither Italians, nor French, nor Czechs and Poles terarize their angels like that. And this was a revelation for me (and I’m a mother with 23 years of experience! ). I don’t want to compare Tunisia with other popular countries for Russian tourists, but in my opinion, first Tunisia, then Egypt, and only then Turkey. In general, families with kids if choose this particular country for a trip, you won’t regret it. And here’s something else, I read here in a review about monstrous unsanitary conditions, and so my dears, the St. Petersburg Sanitary and Epidemiological Station should learn from Tunisian colleagues!
In any case, flies and mosquitoes have never come across to me, unlike Egypt (flies) and Turkey (midges and flies). If someone wants to ask something else, then write, I will answer everyone. , rooms-4, service-5, food-5.
