We rested at the hotel from 06/03/2019 to 06/10/2019. We bought a ticket to Marhaba Resort, accommodation "Triple". Naturally, we focused on the living conditions in this particular hotel, based on the reviews of tourists. Upon arrival, we were placed at the Marhaba Club hotel, explaining that this is one complex. All our attempts to check into the hotel, which was indicated in the ticket, were unsuccessful (we did not pay extra). On the territory of these two hotels there is also the building "Neptune". It was being renovated.
Accommodation.
We lived in room 1243, with a gorgeous view of the sea (we did not pay anything extra for this). You can see photos from the room. The tourists who came with us, whose ticket indicated "with a sea view" (for which they paid extra when buying a ticket), were given a room from which the sea was seen purely symbolically. Therefore, before overpaying for a sea view, think about whether it is worth it.

Rooms in this hotel are designed for two persons. Therefore, an extra bed (a folding bed with a mattress) stood right next to the wall and the sliding glass door leading to the balcony. If you are tall and have a large build, then sleeping on such a bed will be problematic, despite a good mattress. We have also seen double bunk beds in these rooms. In addition, the morning sun rays will burn you, heating up part of the body and making it difficult to sleep. The room has a fresh renovation, large wardrobes, an old TV with a tube (I have not seen such in hotels for a long time). Two stupid Russian channels. The main disadvantage of the room was that in it, as in all areas of the hotel (hall, restaurant), the air conditioner did not work. He worked, but like a fan - he drove hot air. The hotel guide said that now is not the season and therefore there is no air conditioning. Opposite the building on the territory of the hotel there was a restaurant and a private beach, which had nothing to do with the hotel. Local youth rested in it from 22.00 to 5 in the morning. Entry was free for her. Arabic music blared all night long. The same thing happened in a nearby hotel and in a restaurant on the beach. By morning, visitors to this restaurant crawled out (in the literal sense of the word) from it, knocking down palm trees and yelling near our balcony. For a week, we could not only get enough sleep, but simply fall asleep. It was impossible to close the balcony door, as the air conditioner did not work and it was possible to suffocate in the room. From six o'clock in the morning the sun began to bake through the window, which also did not contribute to rest. It was seven nights of hell.
Hotel security.
As I wrote earlier, crowds of local youth passed unhindered into the hotel territory at night, which was in an inadequate state there until the morning. Therefore, the presence of a luggage belt in the lobby of the Marhaba Resort hotel, where you put all your bags at each entrance, and an x-ray machine are all just ostentatious security measures. In fact, outsiders freely enter the territory of the hotel, which are not controlled by anyone.
Nutrition.
On the territory of the hotel there is a restaurant, a bar at the reception in two buildings, a bar on the beach and two bars at each pool. You could use all the bars, and eat only in the restaurant of the hotel where you lived. At the end of our holiday, the number of tourists increased. It was obvious that the restaurant could not cope with such an influx of tourists. It became problematic to find a clean table, cutlery (especially spoons) and dishes at any time allotted for eating. I saw how people poured soups into ice cream bowls, since there were no plates. Finding a clean cup was also impossible. We drank bottled water from the bar at the reception.
The peculiarity of this hotel was that you could drink coffee in the restaurant (namely in the restaurant) only in the morning, at lunch and dinner the device did not work. A self-respecting person will not drink other drinks (except water), as this is a dye with sweet water.

There was plenty of food, but it was a lot of pasta in different types (with and without gravy, in the form of a casserole, with sausages, etc. ), rice (not tasty), potatoes in various types from mashed to baked in foil, cous -kusa. Meat was also present: chicken, sausages, turkey, beef, liver, nuggets. At first glance, not enough and you will not stay hungry. But it was presented in a strange way. On one day, all of the above types of meat could be present for lunch, and on another day there could be only sausages and chicken. There were seafood twice: shrimp, squid rings and mussels, but they were mixed with pasta.
Every day grilled fish, or in sauce, ice cream for lunch and dinner. The pastries are delicious. Fruits: plums, watermelon, melon, peaches (green), apples, apricots. Delicious local fruit - bukha.
In the restaurant, the waiters brought wine: white and pink, but it was difficult to wait for them, so they went out to the bar in the lobby themselves and took the desired drink with them to the restaurant. Although in recent days there were queues at the bar.
Was extremely disappointed by the lack of greens (lettuce) and a variety of olives and olives. Of the vegetables and greens, there were only chopped white and red cabbage, onions, cucumbers (not like ours, not tasty) and tomatoes (also tasteless). The vegetables were finely chopped and mixed with the addition of some incomprehensible sauces. All vegetables, including grilled, are somehow tasteless. Breakfast is standard: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, not tasty sausage, two types of cheese, rarely Adyghe cheese, yogurt with various jams and milk porridge. Also, the restaurant had a problem with salt. She just wasn't there. All dishes were lightly salted, which in itself is not bad. Therefore, having hardly found a salt shaker, we poured salt into a napkin and carried it with us, so as not to look for it on the tables every time.
Keep in mind that there will be no "snacks" between breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the beach there are only drinks at the bar, at one pool there are also drinks, and at the second pool with slides around 16.00 they took out fruit and a couple of trays of muffins or biscuits, which were immediately emptied.
During our stay, there were no shifts (first and second) in the restaurant, the waiters were not fixed at the tables.
Large selection of alcoholic drinks. I recommend to take them in the bar at the reception.
Beach and pools.

Beautiful gentle entry into the sea, sand, small waves after 12 noon. The beach is common to all buildings of the hotel. At the beginning of the holiday, there were no problems with sunbeds. For the last few days around 9 o'clock in the morning it was already impossible to find a free place under the umbrella. The same goes for the pools. There are no umbrellas at the pool without slides, they were looking for a place in the shade of palm trees, but the one with slides has very few of them and the sunbeds under them were always occupied. slides operate four hours a day

Time of stay at the hotel from 11.30 to 12.30. At the specified time in the hotel was often not. We learned about the change in the departure time from the hotel from our travel agents early in the morning via viber. Summing up, I want to say that the impression of the rest was spoiled by the lack of the opportunity to relax at night during the entire stay at the hotel due to the noise and heat in the room. The kitchen also did not impress - a set of some mixtures with spices. I can't recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.
