The previous reviews were positive, so I bought the tour.
1. Check-in - I waited 6.5 hours, at 14:00 they didn’t check in (only after 15:00), but they fed me, they let me go to the beach
2. Hotel / building - at level 3+
3. Territory - at level 4, beach at 3-4, the sea is shallow to buoys, the bottom is sandy (as you like)
4. Room - lived in a suite with a pool, quality for rooms for 3, cleaning for 2, service for 1 (there was no shampoo and soap, toilet paper was provided only on request with a wait of 2 days).
5. Food for 3, service for 3 (rude).
6. The hotel rest without children. Many common areas are empty, they are not occupied with anything entertaining / relaxing. Claimed 4 stars actually pull on 3 with a minus. The staff is clearly not enough for such a number of guests. There is a queue for lunch and not enough tables. There is a lot of garbage in the city.
