I don't even know how to express my anger!! ! I've never written a review in my life, but this one is overflowing with emotion. Vacationing with my husband and kids. This is the worst vacation imaginable. We've arrived. At the reception, a disgruntled uncle threw us the keys to the room. Where to go is unknown. Thanks to the kind cleaning woman who escorted us to the room, which was in a different building altogether.

The hotel is terrible: complete unsanitary conditions, dirt, a huge number of Algerians who sweep away everything and everyone in their path. The attitude of the staff towards them is excellent. I thought, okay, we must look for the positive in everything, we are on vacation. But how wrong I was. Wonderful neighbors were waiting for us in the room - a regiment of ants in the closet. There were a lot of them! We run to the reception. We were told: "Sorry. 5 minutes. " We processed the room with some smelly slurry and voila, the next morning the same picture.

In short, then every day we were haunted by the smell of this manure. It turned out that they even process the dishes for her.

To get into a restaurant, you need to go through a kind of quest: stand in line in front of the restaurant, stand in line for plates, then for appliances, then directly for food. And you also need to take a table, otherwise you can stand and wait until someone frees you. What killed me the most was that napkins are given out only by the number of people: there were three of us, so we were given 6 paper napkins, no more!! ! And Algerians can try food from common trays. They witnessed how a woman cursed with them because the Algerian ate from a common tray with a common spoon !! ! This is a nightmare: it's good that they took activated charcoal, Enterofuril and Enterosgel with them, they are simply necessary in this hotel.

What was eaten for breakfast, then served for lunch and dinner, was only masked by terribly spicy sauces or vegetables.
In a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, one could find peaches, melons or grapes that have spoiled, but do not throw them away !! ! A peculiar whim of the chef. The children's menu is terrible: barbecue wings, spicy to the point of madness, the same meatballs, sausages. Well, maybe someone's children can eat it.

Everywhere dirt, garbage, cockroaches, ants.

I thought at least the sea would save the situation, but ...I was very mistaken. The road to the sea runs through the nooks and crannies, but the most relish is THROUGH THE GASKET!! ! The smell is simply beyond words. Walk 500 meters to the sea. Not only is it shallow (somewhere knee-deep), to enter at least 50 meters up to your shoulders, it is also dirty (bottle caps, garbage, bags, shoe insoles, wrappers , plastic bottles and glasses). But the worst thing is that the city sewer drain goes directly into the sea. The beach is not cleaned, overflowing trash cans, everything falls out and of course into the sea. Stink, around flies, ants and other insects.
We went to rest on the sea, but after vain attempts to see it clean, they even stopped going to it.

There is a water park on the territory of the hotel, consisting of 3 slides, but only 2 of them worked. You need to be careful with the slides because you can get damaged. They are at least 10 years old. The slides worked several hours a day. 2 hours before lunch, well, somewhere the same after lunch.

Again, the queue, BUT ...attention !!! ! Algerians could pass when they wanted and not stand in it. The child will not prove to a healthy UNCLE, forty years old, that the uncle is trying to skip the line.

The pool was not cleaned even once in 10 days. At the bottom of the pool, a slimy coating of an incomprehensible color formed. By evening, when all the dirt was lifted from the bottom, the water became simply cloudy.

Of course, maybe someone will think that I find fault, but among the people with whom we met, the majority are indignant and dissatisfied.
We went for the positive, but received one continuous negative. It's a pity and a shame, but after such a rest, we will no longer go to Tunisia. It's not even about the sea or the food, it's about the attitude. Anyone who is not Algerian is simply ignored here. Only almost every second employee asks: "No money ??? ", i. e. "No money ??? ".

In general, if you still decide to go here, stock up on pills, antibacterial gel and patience.
