Compared to the advertising descriptions, something has changed in the direction of convenience. So, beach towels are given without a deposit. Change them as many times as you like. And the first time - in exchange for a card, which should be given along with the keys to the room. Drinking water (with or without gas) in the room must be taken by yourself at the bar near the reception. It opens at 17:00.
The building is built in the shape of the letter C, in the middle is the main entrance, reception and restaurant. Therefore, from the rooms at both ends, you have to make a rather big way before eating. But you can go outside from the emergency doors - there are several of them with stairs to the floors. The building has a recreation complex Center Wellness (exercise equipment, massage, SPA, Ayurveda), children's room, medical care, sale of souvenirs.
On the territory there are 2 rather big pools (more than 2 meters deep) and one "paddling pool". Between them is a bar for alcoholic drinks (from 10 to 18), as well as an open area for second breakfasts (from 10 to 12), lunch (from 12 to 15 ) and snacks (from 15 to 17), installations for drinks (tea, coffee, soda). And right there access to the beach. Straw umbrellas. Comfortable sunbeds. Mattresses are spread in the morning by staff (usually running). Someone gives money, but this does not affect the speed. At the first pool, another worker delivers mattresses and gives out towels. Therefore, if you plan to lie around the pool all day, then get towels on the first day here. Freshly squeezed juices in the morning - several times a week (in the far corner, where spaghetti is fried during the day).
The room is standard, the bathroom is separate. Cleaned daily at different times. Soap was really given one small round for two for the whole time. But there is a liquid on the wall near the bath (either shampoo or soap). Hairdryer available. Small TV fridge. There is one Russian channel on TV (First). On the balcony there is a table with chairs, a metal clothes dryer is attached to the wall. On the first day, the allocated room was 2 times smaller, the bathroom was combined, without a mirror and a table, without a balcony, but with access through the window to the roof. The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from El Kantouki Port. This is a small settlement with many shops, including the General store (products). The goods are basically the same. Where there is no cash desk, you can bargain if there is nothing else to do. But it’s better to go around all the points a couple of times (especially since they are located within a radius of 100 meters), and then make purchases.
The cost of olive oil in General in terms of our money is about 150 rubles per liter. The best variety according to the guide is Ruspina. In duty free at the airport, oil is not cheaper. But the local liqueur "Tibarin" (similar in taste to "Becherovka") at the airport is almost 2 times cheaper.
