The Iberostar hotel met all our expectations. The very first thing that caught my eye and imprinted in my memory was the attitude and service. Of course, I cannot but say that everything depends on your attitude. The staff is friendly and responsive. Yes, almost no one speaks Russian, but at least everyone did something pleasant for us, in terms of “please” or “thank you”. The only thing is that the hotel is a little dated and in some places needs renovation, but in general it is very good. I would like to highlight food as a separate item. The menu included all possible types of meat at the same time. Beef, pork, lamb. Poultry - chicken, turkey. Several types of fish. Cheeses, cold cuts, salads, excellent ripe fruits, 2-3 types of ice cream, desserts. The choice of dishes is not as great as in other popular resorts, such as Turkey, for example, but our family ate absolutely everything from the menu. Plus three a la carte, if you want, with excellent service and cuisine. We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel in terms of price-quality. The hotel has an excellent beach, the sea is warm and clean. The beach is constantly cleaned. If desired, you can always find free sunbeds. The hotel has a lot of "our" tourists, as a result of which, already at 6 in the morning, most of the sunbeds on the first line are carefully covered with towels until the evening. The sand is fine and white, the entrance is gentle, without surprises. For several days in the sea, to the very shore, many small jellyfish sailed. These few days we safely spent near the pools. The hotel has a very good SPA center, located in a separate building, and the prices for procedures are quite reasonable. The beach is well guarded, for all the time I have not heard of a single loss. In the end, I want to say a little about the number. Why a little, because everything was great. Bathrobes and slippers, cleaning, cosmetics, towels and bedding changed daily. No complaints or comments. Nice, quiet, quality stay.
