At first they wanted to book a bungalow, but as it turned out, everything was booked a few weeks before the tour. As a result, they did not regret it, because the bungalows stand in the sun with windows overlooking the beach. We lived on the ground floor and the terrace went straight into the garden, like in the jungle, with huge palm trees and pine trees, so we woke up to the singing of birds. As mentioned in the comments, the territory is small, but very green and beautiful, every bush, every pebble is laid out with taste and love.
I was very pleased with the almost absence of daytime animation with their water aerobics and thundering music. In an open cafe near the stage - quiet lounge music, sometimes "live" jazz. Well done animators, every evening they came up with something new. In the evening, once visiting a musical group, they simply tore everyone with a rock concert, from Pink Floyd to Dire Straits, and they performed more than worthy - the audience at the end simply exploded with applause!
About the audience: 60 percent are Germans, quite a few are elderly. Lots of English and French. Of the Russian-speaking vacationers, I noticed only a few families. The staff almost does not speak Russian, but it did not bother us, we speak languages. The staff is very friendly, there are absolutely no complaints about the service - everything is fast and with a smile. The food is delicious, a lot of fish, meat in any form, abruz-melon-peaches.
On the beach - at any time of the day there is a place - they bring a sunbed and put it where you show it. If you want to lie not under a canopy - no problem at all - the beach line is very wide. Souvenir merchants walk around and only attract attention from afar, everything is absolutely unobtrusive.
In general, I can recommend a stay in this hotel if you do not like noisy obsessive animators and prefer an intelligent calm audience around.

But scrambled eggs and pancakes with chocolate for breakfast - yes, drop dead!!! ! And I also liked that on the beach you can not only have a bite, but also dine - there is a full-fledged restaurant on the beach
The beach is great! Clean, the sand is good, the sea is clean. The rooms are cleaned quickly and very clean. We also liked the disco. For the first time in a hotel, I saw not some gatherings, but a normal disco with good music, a lot of people, everyone was dancing... Although we were rocking at discos in Hammamet...
They say that this hotel also has a lot of gadgets for children - a mini-zoo or something. But I don’t know, it’s not relevant for us yet .
The only thing I didn't like was that the all inclusive included a free massage. In general, this can not be called a massage + you need to sign up and there is a queue for a week ahead. So don't worry about it at all. If you need a massage, you can go to thalassotherapy - my aunts went to our hotel - the delight is complete!
And the last. We traveled from the Carthage Plus company - it is both in St. Petersburg and in Tunisia. We talked there with one family, they are also from St. Petersburg, and their vacation turned into some kind of nightmare - and the hotel turned out to be worse than promised, and the tour fell through (they waited for the bus for half a day. And then they just returned the money). We even felt embarrassed that we were so happy.

I was especially captivated by the care of the guards on the beach - it was enough for particularly annoying sellers to linger in front of our sunbeds - as they were politely asked to move on... : -) It became important because of our purely female company... Huge thanks to them!
Souvenirs conquered the price (at the airport had to pay extra for luggage). Shops are located both near the hotel and throughout the city.
But the animators deserve special thanks. I have never seen such a company of creative and attentive guys anywhere! Maybe there are not enough examples for comparison! But you have to be very talented in order to make friends with children and adults, French and Italians, Ukrainians and Belarusians, Germans and Russians at your performances (for football fans this will be a very significant remark - since it was during this period that the World Cup was at the final stage , and they remember the Russia-Germany game, and there were a lot of fans in the hotel! ). JUST FELLOWS! BEST! ALEX, VALID, MARIO, JAMES - you are just wonderful guys! Worth coming back just because of you.

On the territory there is a stable where you can ride horses or feed them. There is also an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, mini-laundry, gym, courts, archery, hammam and mini-sauna. We got a room in a new building overlooking the garden. Furniture and equipment were practically new. The only drawback is that our room did not have a balcony. They cleaned the room well. Always added cosmetics and soap. There were also slippers and bathrobes in the room.
The beach is sandy and the water is clear. There were enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone - they are brought by beach-boys.
It is worth noting that the depth begins behind the buoys, which are about 40 meters away : ). So there are all the conditions for relaxing with children - this was noted by Russian-speaking vacationers with whom we talked - the children splashed in the shallows all day : ). The beach is cleaned from algae - there was something to compare - the beach at this hotel was one of the cleanest in the area.
