3) if you want to feel like a third class . . this is the hotel for you! If you are from Europe, then you will be poured and fed without waiting in line. . if you are a Russian speaker, then stand and wait patiently until the gentlemen are served!
4) room cleaning every day. You can judge the quality of cleaning in the photo. Absolutely everything in the rooms was killed! It's disgusting to take a shower. .
5) there are no playgrounds for children. Sleeping for children is also impossible! At lunchtime and until 24:00 Music rumbles. And that was my last straw! Lunch at the bar until 15:00. Naturally, the children could not sleep during the day because of the music, and we came before closing time to feed the children. When we arrived it was 14:50 there was pasta left. . we asked to give us a plate so we could take them, to which we received a categorical refusal!! ! We got to Tunisia and the hotel completely unplanned. We contacted the agency just a few days before departure and, of course, went where the tickets were. 2. Very few high chairs in the main restaurant. At first, a friendly manager helped me find a chair, but when I left,
my daughter's chair was pulled out of the hands of the waiters shouting "reserved" and did not give anything in return. Only for THIS you can put 0 for the service.
3. If you come at the end of lunch, dinner, you will not find wine glasses.
Dirty dishes are quickly taken away, but clean dishes are not put out. One napkin per person.
4. It is not allowed to take anything out of the restaurant (or rather the dining room) (this is monitored by a gray-haired gloomy manager), only secretly. The trouble is that there is no tea or coffee for lunch and dinner, but there is a huge amount of cakes, pastries, muffins, puff pastries. Coffee and tea is available at the bar outside.
