I don’t understand people who write positive reviews for a magnet from a hotel (after all, I trusted such reviews and settled in this hotel. Having traveled half the world, I can say with confidence... this is the worst hotel I have been to!
1) an amazing cockroach the size of half a finger lived in my room) I called him Valerik) by the way, other hotel guests also had cockroaches!
2) do not count on eating seafood on vacation) the maximum is fish with smell and scales (probably they don’t clean it in principle) Giant queues for any food and drinks. The staff is all in dirty clothes, the dishes are dirty. Glasses at the bar are rinsed (without detergent) and drinks are poured for you)
3) if you want to feel like a third class . . this is the hotel for you! If you are from Europe, then you will be poured and fed without waiting in line. . if you are a Russian speaker, then stand and wait patiently until the gentlemen are served!
4) room cleaning every day. You can judge the quality of cleaning in the photo. Absolutely everything in the rooms was killed! It's disgusting to take a shower. .
5) there are no playgrounds for children. Sleeping for children is also impossible! At lunchtime and until 24:00 Music rumbles. And that was my last straw! Lunch at the bar until 15:00. Naturally, the children could not sleep during the day because of the music, and we came before closing time to feed the children. When we arrived it was 14:50 there was pasta left. . we asked to give us a plate so we could take them, to which we received a categorical refusal!! ! I don’t understand if the pasta is still standing why can’t we take it, we still had time!!! ! We turned to the receptionist, he shrugged!
