We rested at the hotel from July 21 to August 2 as a family with 2 children 8 and 2.7.
The tour was bought at random. When buying, they did not read the reviews, and did not look at the rating of the hotel. BUT! when we arrived home and looked at the reviews, I was just shocked, with a small child in such a hotel... not! not about us! We decided to change the hotel, but the travel agent dissuaded that you would lose money, and you won’t find anything better for your amount. (out of 30 thousand per person). Well, reluctantly, they flew off....After reading the reviews, they took everything of their own: towels both in the room and on the beach, a hairdryer, soap accessories...

Check-in: when filling out the card, a man from the reception immediately came up (spoke in Russian) and offered a room with a sea view, we said why not... and led us to look at the room....The view was simply gorgeous, large panoramic windows, balcony and SEA!! ! and then he said how much you are willing to pay for such a view. . . the auction started at 50 bucks and ended at 25. . . For $25 we got a gorgeous sea view. (a few days later, after talking with other Russians, someone paid $30, someone $40)
Room: 4 beds, 2 of them are pushed together, wardrobe, bathroom, balcony. The furniture is of course shabby, (but we also had the same rest in Egypt at 4 and 5 *) Bedding and towels are clean, white. Towels were changed every day. For 12 nights of vacation, maybe 2-3 times there were gray towels, the rest are always white and smelled a bit of bleach. Curtains are definitely dirty. But THIS is 3*. Cleaning every day too. 2 times refused, because. came to sleep with the child in the room. Coming from the sea, sometimes there were no towels, they came up themselves or when she came in, they asked for towels and what was missing, they always gave us everything. Soap and toilet. paper was in excess of 2-3 pieces. They didn’t really wash it on the balcony, and they didn’t throw the ashtray away, we ourselves threw it into the trash can. There are really 2 towels for the body, 2 for the face, 1 foot (but we are 4 people in the room). It didn’t bother us, given the fact that I always use my things for children. The room and service suited us - 4 * deservedly so. After talking with other vacationers, their rooms and service did not suit someone with gray and torn towels, someone with bed linen, someone settled in dirty rooms. Maybe we were lucky, but it's better to give $ 25 right away and then not worry. The only negative of the sea view is the road passing under the windows, along which crazy motorcyclists begin to drive, making it difficult to sleep, and I just wanted to throw something on their heads! The view from the room and the sunrise from the balcony is simply gorgeous.
Hotel: in general the hotel is dirty, they certainly need a general cleaning throughout. The hotel is cleaned every morning from the pools and halls to the rooms. Cleaning in a naval way, poured water and collected everything in a heap. Apparently the staff is not enough to wash the windows in the lobby and the mirrors in the elevators. Elevators 4 pieces 2 at the reception, 2 near the dining room. They always worked for 12 days, they didn’t break during peak hours, they collected a queue, but we lived on the 2nd floor (in fact, on the 3rd, 0 floor of the reception and dining room) and sometimes went down and up on foot, especially at the beginning. At the end of the holiday, we rode the elevator all the time. After the morning cleaning the hotel was clean. Such a mess in the hotel because of the majority of vacationers, Arabs, Algerians, who are used to where we live there and cf... m, it's easier for them to throw a glass into a corner than to reach the trash can. Urns are located throughout the territory. Slides worked out of 5 pieces, only 2, and in time from 10 to 12 in the morning and from 15 to 17 in the afternoon. Only 1 slide is safe, with normal seams, yellow, the rest of the seams are sick, but if you ride something, it will also be fine. The pools are dirty, there is sand at the bottom, especially in the children's one. We didn’t swim there much, only where there are slides. Most Algerians relax in the pools.
On the central pool are chic sunbeds with mattresses, probably new. It is convenient to watch animation in the evening. Every day there is animation. In the morning, exercises on the beach, then water aerobics in the pool, volleyball on the beach, this is what we saw and took part in. In the evening, dancing for children, every evening the same thing, but the children like it, and for adults there are show programs. Sometimes animators dance, 2 times there were visitors - shows with cobras and a fakir show. because It's not the first time we've been abroad, we weren't particularly surprised. Everything is the same as usual.

Dining room. You can't call it a restaurant: the food is monotonous, the same every day. To meat dishes and the most popular turn. They weren't hungry. For breakfast, salads (cucumber, tomato, pepper, carrots and combinations of them) scrambled eggs, rice porridge, some kind of casseroles (we didn’t eat them), pancakes, buns / croissants, something like donuts. The children ate pancakes, we scrambled eggs with salad... For lunch, mashed soups (they were delicious, though spicy a couple of times), potatoes or mashed potatoes or slices, stewed vegetables (we liked peppers, beans, tomatoes, delicious), lasagna, meat is always 3 types : beef, chicken, pork and fish, rice, pasta either with pasta or regular. Children ate potatoes, pasta, salads. The eldest sometimes ate meat. Small only this. Although everything is stewed and not spicy. Several times there was pizza (dough, ketchup on the dough and cheese on top), a couple of times it came across very spicy. Queuing up for the most popular dishes. If there is no queue, then it is pork. Algerians don't eat it, there's never been a queue. The whole vacation practically ate potatoes, pasta and pork. So much was put on the plates that I divided my portion of pork between my children and my husband. those. one ladle but there are 6 pieces of meat in it. Then she came up and said one piece, 2 pieces... Those who wrote that they were limited, well, I don’t know how much you need !!! , and the pieces there are such that one can be fed. Of the fruits, only melons and watermelons. They put it on a plate, you can come up and take it several times. The cake is the same, without assortment, one kind of 4-5 pieces per plate. Enough food, always full. If something was over, they brought it. The behavior of the Algerians leaves much to be desired, they were shocked from the first evening, they had never seen such a pigsty. They eat and leave half of what they put on their plates on the tables. Therefore, apparently everything is distributed on plates. The staff in the dining room are animators, super guys, Algerians are sent to the queue, they are not given a queue, even if they are children who constantly climb out of line. The attitude of the Russians is excellent. Our little one was sometimes given presents, and they persuaded them to take more portions. We liked their attitude. We did not observe any exceptions for the Arabs. By the way, some Arabs behave much better than Russians: this is how I met a Russian grandmother, who climbed without a queue for 2 days in a row, and after I said that there was a queue at all, I cursed from head to toe with such words... what a SHAME for such RUSSIAN SHAME. The waiters immediately remove the dishes from the tables, ask permission, you can take it or not. Sometimes there were not enough plates, but they were washed and brought napkins, we took our own. In my opinion the hotel does not have enough staff to control the dining room. After the end of the meal, all dishes are removed and clean tablecloths and clean sets of dishes are laid. I rate the work of the waiters at 5.
Sea, beach: The sea is simply gorgeous. Warm, shallow, clean, especially in the morning. A few days after lunch there was a dirty sea with floating packages and algae. At the end of the vacation, jellyfish began - 3 pieces saw them pulled ashore. The sun loungers are mostly broken, but there are whole ones. We went to take a place under the awnings at 6 am. In the morning the sea is just gorgeous. Calm, clean and warm. The beach is sand, in some places there are dried algae. The beach is cleaned, generally clean. If you yourself do not litter, it will be even cleaner. The beach bar is open from 10 am, they provide soft drinks and water. Minus - there is no watering tap, all the sand is dragged to the hotel, to the pools. We took 1.5 liters of water with us and washed our feet when leaving the beach.
The location of the hotel is also excellent: there are places to go for a walk, a lot of shops and a long promenade leading to the port. Walk 40-50 minutes slowly to the port.
Recommendations: if you have already bought a tour, then do not worry, everything is fine there. Look for the pros, not the cons. MORE POSITIVE. and Look after the children (one child, went for a walk along the shore and got lost, searched for 2 hours, found on the 4th territory of another hotel; In the pools, too, one girl almost drowned, the lifeguard got her). It is better to buy everything in the store, on the beach 3 times more expensive. Ice cream costs 2-5 dinars (50-125 rubles), Take beach towels and a hairdryer with you.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, the hotel is for budget tourists. Those who write that everything in it is EVERYTHING bad, compare it with 4 *, 5 * hotels in Turkey or Egypt... Well, you eat pancake in 3-ku. We are the second time in a 3 * hotel and 3 is 3. Reviews about seafood are amazing - for 30t. r. per person you want super service, new rooms and seafood. . .
We went across the sea, and this is the main thing - it is simply gorgeous there.
