The water slides do not work, they supplied water for two, and even then not always from 11:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 15:00. There is no security in the hotel, there is a courtyard in the hotel. Everyone comes and is not too lazy, including local machos. There is no animation, there is no children's club at all, one of the pools does not work at all (indoor). Animation is a morning aqua aerobics which is carried out at 11:00 in the morning by half-drunk animators under the influence of drugs that they offer to everyone and provide for everyone. There is one so-called restaurant for the whole hotel with a small number of tables and chairs and cutlery. Huge queues line up for food and drink, they give out very small portions in one hand, the child is also forced to stand in line. This restaurant resembles a pigsty, all vacationers run to take a queue, broken dishes on the floor, food that is not removed is scattered. The dishes are all dirty, drinks are poured into disposable cups and more often into already used ones. There are no sun loungers on the beach and around the pool, and if there are, they are half broken - plastic. There is no water and they don’t give it out, there is only in the cooler and then you need to defend a kilometer-long queue. For lovers of alcohol, you will not find it there. There is no strong one at all, and of the weakly alcoholic ones, this is diluted wine with water. Desserts are terrible, a small piece in hand, from a matchbox. The entire staff does not respond to complaints. They pretend they don't understand anything. Of the Russian channels on TV, only RTR, and then with interference. By local standards, this hotel is the worst in all of Tunisia, and this is not hidden by the locals. We can describe for a long time everything we encountered.
