Never wrote reviews after the holiday. Probably because everything was usually more or less normal. The stay at this hotel was wonderful. She could never have imagined that four stars could mean such misery.
My husband and I got the trip as a wedding gift. We chose it ourselves, but for the simple reason that time was running out, and there were no places in the hotel that we liked. I read all the reviews and was informed in advance about all sorts of nuances. But for some reason I believed that we would be lucky and our rest would be better than those who wrote negative reviews. No ...everything is really bad ...even worse. I was vacationing in Tunisia three years ago at the Magic Life Monar Hotel. It was a fabulously wonderful holiday, which I remember and still enjoy. I also liked the country. The man after a trip to Palador said that in Tunisia no foot. : )))
Therefore:
1.
The flight on Tunisian airlines was quite comfortable, food and service even better than ours.
2. We were greeted by TuiUkraine - everything is very good, friendly guides.
3. Arrived at the hotel in the evening, settled us immediately with a sea view on the second floor (paid for in Kiev). I immediately noticed the torn curtains ...but I promised my husband a good mood, so I had to put up with it. But it was very unpleasant to admire the way the curtains hung in places where there were no loops ...But it should be noted that we were very pleased with the view from the room, it was a panoramic view of the sea and the coast.
4. went to dinner. and I must say that this was the only time we were pleased with grilled fish. After that, nothing was ever fried on the street.
If we talk about food - it is 3 with a huge "minus". Except for the sweets, they were good. The fruits are the same every day, which often failed or tasteless.
On the last day we were generally impressed by the fact that we were fed dinner the same way as lunch.
Breakfasts are a separate topic. Disgusting not fresh with a sour taste buns like "croissants" were buns like chocolate. But I would call it - rolls with a trace of chocolate inside. We purposefully looked for a chocolate bun, we were lucky only once. Apart from rolls, there was frankly nothing to eat for breakfast, except eggs in three versions.
As for snacks - they simply were not. There were the same rolls for lunch, never gave anything tasty between the main meals.
5. Service - poor. Everything is dirty, it was very unpleasant to be in a hotel with flies, cats and a dog. All the chefs and waiters look very untidy, the tablecloths are dirty, the hotel is very untidy.
6. Cleaning in the room. We just refused it, because we cleaned only when we came to the room to rest, sleep in the afternoon.
They stole from safes, from bags, stole personal belongings from people, even poured alcohol bought from duty free. 10 dinars were stolen from our wallets. We tried to smile and forget ...but the next day there was another attempt to get into our things, the man "out of time" went into the room. The cleaning lady did not have time to do it. It's just disgusting that someone is rummaging through your things ...We couldn't get away from this shock for a few days. You can probably forgive a lot, but not theft.
I would like to warn others against choosing this hotel. It was very unpleasant and unfortunate that for $ 1.500 we received so much negativity. And that's not all, you can write and write whole stories about this hotel.
