Good day! I write the truth as it is! We went from Kyiv through the company - Voyage tour. We chose this hotel because. this is a large chain of hotels all over the world and, accordingly, we thought that this should play a positive role, especially a 5 star hotel. Met in Tunisia - TUI. By the way, we learned that a service is very popular in Tunisia, when Russians write good reviews for money and praise a certain hotel on Russian sites - of course, the hotel itself orders such an event, so be careful.
The general impression of the country is positive, but garbage is everywhere - mountains and no one seems to think of cleaning it up. Almost no one speaks English only in hotels, and then so-so, and everywhere only French and Arabic! Good tour of the Sahara. The rest are so-so - I do not recommend! Now for the hotel and the rest. . .
BEACH

I don’t know who is going for what - to each his own, but we went to swim in the sea! Therefore, I’ll start with him - the beach is just a nightmare dirty and small, but there the whole coast is very dirty and no one cleans up either algae or garbage! I specially counted umbrellas (straw fungi) - there are already 50 of them on the sand and 8 on the grass - well, it’s generally right along the road where cars drive and I don’t understand the people who rested there - this is apparently from hopelessness! During our vacation, excavators were constantly working, raking algae ashore, and they lay there in heaps and rotted along with all microorganisms and marine inhabitants, they only took them out every three days - the stench was terrible! I was also struck by the lack of changing cabins and toilets (then go then from the beach across the street) and in the shower on the beach it is very dirty, it’s just unpleasant to go there. Of course, they will bring sunbeds without a tip, after you have been idle for about 10 minutes, but they will put them in the wrong place where you ask, but somewhere nearby and then you still need to reach it and set it as you want - in general, tips are "unobtrusively demanded" just everywhere and for all! Beach bar - terrible and incomplete - only water, soft soda and beer!
SWIMMING POOL
The pool is chlorinated, as if the Ebola virus is present there, and most importantly, they chlorine it in the morning - the guys come out with buckets of bleach and pour it directly into the pool! There are also very few places, everything is occupied with towels in the morning and then it is unrealistic to settle down somewhere. In addition, the animators constantly use the pool for some kind of games or aerobics, so you can’t really swim, although you won’t be able to swim for a long time. bleach just corrodes the eyes and it's hard to breathe from the fumes.
HOTEL
The hotel is so-so... The territory is quite small and there is practically no greenery! For everything you need to tip, otherwise the number will be removed, and they will forget to put the paper, or they will make a cocktail, but it will contain 95% water. Discos until one in the morning from all sides of the hotel, as much as the head was square after 2 weeks! The food is good, but after 2 weeks it got a little monotonous. The curtains in the room have not been washed apparently since the establishment of the hotel, it was very unpleasant to cover with dust when curtaining the windows! They start cleaning the hotel when everyone goes to breakfast - they maneuver with mops and brooms between vacationers, and for some reason they often try to clean the rooms during the day, when the sun is shining and you want to lie in the room. By the way, there is still such a joke - a sign on the door asking you not to disturb - this is a pure formality and exists only for personal reassurance. After knocking, they come in a minute later, opening with their key and so that you don’t shout to them at the door (they don’t understand English and Russian) and whatever you do : ) (yes, there was an interesting case : ) ) - absolutely no one is interested - so stock up on the necessary phrases in French - maybe that's how they will understand!
PROMENADE

The promenade, as it turned out, is not a walking path, but a real 4-lane track along which they drive like an ordinary road at full speed - especially in the late afternoon, locals and Algerians come together, then you need to run very quickly!
THALASSO
Guys and thalasso center - it's just awful nightmare! Great unsanitary conditions are probably hard to find somewhere, but in any case, you need to try very hard! I think in the most seedy sauna in our city - cleaner, more comfortable and cozier! There are not even unfortunate lockers for changing clothes - hooks are stuffed along the wall! The rest room is like in a Soviet sanatorium, although in vain I offended the sanatoriums, they were still super, compared to this... The procedures are done at random and only a tip of around 10 dinars per procedure can affect the quality - but it's definitely not worth it , in my opinion they are just - ofigeli (to put it mildly)! In general, I laughed for a very long time and simply could not believe my eyes, how is this even possible in a 5-star hotel.
THINGS
HORSES! These carts with horses, which carry those who wish along the promenade, stand around this hotel for days on end, they have something like a final stop there and, strange as it may seem, they write : ), respectively, not in the toilet, but directly on the asphalt and no one is the whole economy does not wash and does not clean - the smell is terrible near the hotel how to go to the beach! Taxi drivers take the longest route. the counter is ticking every minute and when you start saying "Friend, you're taking us the wrong way - it's not good to deceive! " - and in response, the driver, with his muttering, apparently refers to a complete misunderstanding of the language and pronounces only the name that you pronounced to him as the end point.
RESULTS
In general, I can write a lot of other things, but the meaning of everything is - thank God that I left there !!! ! HURRAH!!!! ! EVERYTHING IS OVER!! ! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! ! Many thanks to the creator of the excursion to the Sahara (they even create excursions by a special state organization), otherwise I would be completely upset!
