Our attempts to inform the staff about our problem ended only with the fact that we were told that we slammed the balcony door badly))) I don’t know what the connection is between the balcony and the air conditioner, but we tried as best we could, but it never worked. we spent the night as in a torture chamber. We woke up barely alive and with a fight managed to move us to another room. Next, it turns out that in 5 star hotels you have to pay for a safe!! ! And of course - this absolutely terrible so-called "RESTAURANT". it seems to me that in the canteen at the factory it’s even better..... I would like to say separately about the staff: guests are treated like some kind of cattle... at the same time, if you turn to the bartender, and then some waiter comes up. . . then no one will pay any attention to you, they will stupidly talk to each other, and you will stand like a complete idiot. And, interestingly, cleaning at the hotel is carried out during breakfast, and sitting on the terrace, drinking a morning cup of coffee, about ten cleaners will stomp around you, who will not hesitate to crawl almost under your feet with a mop, and at the same time in Arabic to talk to each other, the effect of surround sound is obtained, since there are at least 10 of them. Well, the thalasso center: in a word, the patient left from there. They prepared a hot tub for me simply with cold water, and lying in cold water for 20 minutes is just cool.
