I'll write down what I like. Namely, this is the territory of the hotel, clean, well-groomed, green. And pretty good pools. And now about the main thing. This is not the first time in Tunisia and this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. For the money, there are a lot better in every way. I really regret that I decided to try to go to a new place.

It was necessary to go to the price checked for such a day.
1. Settlement. At the reception they extort money and smile very nicely. Having not received money from us, they settled in the basement where the hotel staff lives. The room was dirty with torn linens. After two days of scandal, they settled in a room for the disabled. In which literally everything fell apart! The phone hung, apparently for beauty, with broken wires, the soap dispensers were empty, and towels were simply not given, every day I had to beg with a scandal.
2. Nutrition. If you did not come to the opening, then you are unlikely to get something, you have to walk around and ask for cheese or milk to be brought. If you want to take a pancake (I took 1 pancake a couple of times, I don’t need any more), then you will have to stand in line for 15 minutes. Juices - diluted chemistry or rotten watermelon extraction. You can’t find a place for lunch and dinner, you can’t ask for a glass of wine, and you can’t even take water yourself, they don’t give, they say - sit down and bring it. And you can wait a long time.
3. Alcohol. All hard alcohol is diluted with water. Everyone talks about it, but no one goes to complain to the manager. Wine and beer, as everywhere. Cocktails are made from the same alcohol diluted with water.
4. Beach. Dirty, this hotel, unlike others, does not clean the beach at all. Sunbeds are old and without mattresses, in other hotels Everything is decent on this beach. All at 7 am run to take sunbeds. By 8:30 you will definitely not find a sunbed. When I used to rest in other hotels, you could come at any time and the staff always brought sunbeds and there was enough for everyone. There is a stall on the beach, it cannot be called a bar. to which there is a queue and there is nothing but beer, water, cola, fanta. The toilets are dirty, but that's the fault of the vacationers.
5. Staff. There is a very nice staff, ready to serve, to say something pleasant, and there is someone who openly shows how he hates vacationers. One aged bartender, pouring juice to his son, cursed in Arabic, and then said that we were resting here, and he was working and he didn’t want to pour juice, wine and give water so often. Drink less)))). I asked what his name was and said that for such words I would go to the manager, because by the end of the holiday he was tired of his rudeness (and he really could even shout at the guests every day), so he immediately changed and began to jump in front of us and even bring something which we didn't ask for. Here is one at the reception there is a very unpleasant type who smiles the most. When approached and asked to replace beach towels, he said wait 20 minutes. Although the guests from Europe changed immediately. Again, we had to resort to the fact that we go to the manager. There was no need to wait right away. This is the first time I've been under such stress. I have never had such a bad holiday. This is my first review in 20 years of travel.
I can close my eyes to many things and have a positive attitude to the minuses, but when combined with rudeness and poor service, and cleaning, and food, then the beautiful territory will not smooth out the negative and bad impression.
I do not recommend to go to this hotel. I can advise for the same money the best option. I regret that I bought a new place in Tunisia, bright photos of the hotel and reviews.
Good luck to everyone, good rest and mood.

A small digression, the hotel itself is nice, large area with football field and tennis court. There is no good on this anymore. Service and maintenance sucks. It all started with the check-in, the impudent and smiling Arab at the reception brazenly extorted money for a good room, having received nothing with a smile on his face, he settled us in the basement where the hotel staff lives. After two days of arguing with the manager, we were moved upstairs to a handicapped room, ahahaha, we must look like handicapped people. There was no more strength to swear, we stayed in this room. Of course, the room is tinny, the phone in the bathroom hung for beauty, the wire just hung in the air, the phone in the room also doesn’t work, the duvet cover is torn, the air conditioner, whether it’s there or not, works, but there’s no point. And the most tin, face and body towels had to be asked every day, because they were taken away during cleaning and not brought. If you didn’t come to the forefront for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but after an hour and God forbid after 1.5, then you won’t see food, you have to go after these freaks Arabs and ask them to bring food. Wine over food is not interrogated. There are a lot of vacationers, but they serve all the dick and neher staff. As for the alcohol in the bars, it's complete shit, diluted so that you drink tap water, what the fuck........ yu, it's the same thing. It's a pity that I didn't have a spirit meter, otherwise I would have arranged Kuz'kin's mother for them. You can't buy normal alcohol in the city, Islam is impossible. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. If you came to the beach at 09.30, then you sit on the sand or stand. Sunbeds are bursting to take at 7 am, tin. The beds are old and torn. Of course there are new ones, but they are few. On the beach stands, I would call it, a beer stall, it is difficult to call it a bar, where there is a queue like in a mausoleum. For 10 days of rest in this stall, the beer ran out once at 11 am and there was no more beer, and once the device for pouring beer broke and it was never repaired. For 10 days of being in this hotel, they only scandalized everywhere with the staff. I will post a photo of a freak extortionist Arab, know him by sight, who will go there . . All the best and good mood.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend and was satisfied. Of course, this is not the best hotel. But it is necessary that it is 4 * and the cost of the tour corresponds.
The hotel is not far from the airport and we were "unloaded" from the bus first, this is a plus)
The room is quite decent. Comfortable beds, comfortable shower/bath. The safe in the room is paid and upon arrival you will pay some kind of tax for tourists (I don’t remember what it was specifically, but you can’t do without it). And when you arrive at the airport, you will need to fill out a visa application form (you need to take pens with you), but it's like in Egypt.
The hotel has 1 restaurant and 1 snack bar. and 2 bars, their alcohol is local.... I liked it. Food - fish, meat, vegetables, sweets, fruits....it's hard to stay hungry.
Two large outdoor pools and one heated pool.
I liked the animation. The guys offer different games, sports - exercises, water aerobics, you will not be bored. At times, of course, the animators strongly obsessively invite you to play something. All animators speak English, one of them also speaks Russian.
Of the shortcomings - uncomfortable sun loungers.
Walk to the sea for 3-5 minutes, you need to go outside the hotel.
I recommend taking an excursion to the Sahara (the excursion lasts 2 days) and you need to take a lot of water with you. You will spend the night in a hotel....in a hotel hotel, salt water comes out of the shower....this is a minus.
I have a lot of positive emotions from my vacation. I plan to visit this hotel again in a couple of months. The price is very reasonable, the hotel is very decent.
We took a ticket through the Prostotour agency and are very grateful to Marina Pilyaeva for her help in choosing a hotel.

We went with a friend to Tunisia for the purpose of recovery, which is why we chose the Medina Belisaire & Thalasso hotel, as we read a lot of reviews about the thalasso center in this hotel. Reality exceeded all expectations! Firstly, the hotel itself is located in the center of Hammamet, where you can walk and relax. Sea nearby - 5 min. , a wonderful beach, and the sea is simply unique! We have not seen such water either in Greece or in Italy, although we rest there regularly. . We rested on the all-inclusive program and this is the best option in Tunisia, as their cafes and restaurants are dirty for Europeans and the menu may not always be suitable, but our hotel had such a variety that can satisfy any gourmet. For a week of stay, we did not even try all the dishes that were offered in the restaurant! Special thanks to the hotel staff - attentive, friendly and helpful people! Thalassotherapy booked for 4 days. We got everything we wanted, thanks to the Russian-speaking doctor who listened to all our wishes. Thanks to the excellent services and wonderful masseurs, people from other hotels also come to this thalasso center, which pleased us very much and confirmed our right choice. . . The guides from "Leptis-Tour" were excellently served, who offered and provided good, informative excursions. Not visiting the Sahara would be a crime against oneself. . . And our guide Samir is an example of gallantry, modesty, professionalism and a highly spiritual person! His stories about the life of Tunisia and Africa, his philosophical discussions about the meaning of life - such deep and unobtrusive we remember with pleasure and a sense of gratitude for the wonderful time spent! Thanks to the tour operator "Mansana" for organizing the whole trip! We invite everyone to Medina Belisaire & Thalasso, you won't regret it!

Went with a friend for a week. I regret that not 10-14 days. We were advised this hotel by the agency - we asked for a relaxing holiday with quality food. And got it : ) The food is varied, everything is fresh, there are a lot of goodies. I really liked pancakes with chocolate, cheeses, pears, grapes, peaches, apples, paglia, couscous, cheese casseroles, lasagna, etc.

The food is varied, everything is fresh, there are a lot of goodies. I really liked pancakes with chocolate, cheeses, pears, grapes, peaches, apples, paglia, couscous, cheese casseroles, lasagna, etc. : ))
Delicious cakes.
The rooms were cleaned every day, the air in the hotel is very pleasant, fragrant : )) Upon arrival, a cocktail, the staff is always smiling - it's very nice.
I felt very comfortable. I liked that there were no more than 2-3 Russian couples, which were not noticeable, there was silence on the beach, no loud screams, noise - what I was looking for! : ))
Beach chairs are not a problem. The sea was clean, only sometimes windy and a little bit of garbage (the only "minus").
I want to go back there! The rest was a success for 5, given that I had a cold and did not climb into the sea! : ))) but climbed into the warm sea water of the indoor pool. For All Inclusive it is free from 12 to 15:00.

In general, I was satisfied with the rest. I can recommend this hotel for a relaxing family holiday.
And do not be too lazy to go on two main excursions: 1 Sahara and 2 Tunis-Carthage-Sidi Bou Said. Guaranteed pleasure and unforgettable experience.

One minus: the hotel staff almost does not speak Russian, since there are very few Russians here, but during our stay, many of the staff repeatedly approached us with their lists and asked us to name phrases in Russian that they spoke to us in English, which is a problem with our mother tongue will soon be solved also in this hotel!! ! I really want to go back there: they even made many friends there from the hotel workers, with whom it was a pity to part.

Good, clean hotel, nice environment. there are almost no Russians (I liked the food in general. The beach is clean. Aqua gymnastics was held in the mornings - which did not interfere with such a diet) The service is good, friendly staff. the maid returned the wallet, which was very nice. Among the shortcomings: withered palm trees on the island in the pool (The animation program is sometimes nonsense, but there were also very interesting programs.
