Traveled with a 6 year old. The room was on the 3rd floor, cleaned every day and clean (of course left for tea). They practically do not speak Russian at the reception, but this did not bother me - they always responded to my requests, thanks to the administrators, especially Yasmine! Restaurant - you are just super, you try so hard! When the child got sick, everyone was brought to the room. I really liked the rest, it was the first time in Tunisia. The downside is that the guide is ABSENT! Was from Biblio Globus, was Anastasia Smirnova. The first time I was so relaxed that it was impossible to contact her when needed. Of course, commercial director Dmitry apologized (special thanks to him). But the guide should be friendlier when meeting tourists and give full information.
