Was in this hotel recently.

The hotel itself is nice both architecturally and interior.

But here the service is lame on both legs. If you don't put it on, you won't go. Until at least once you give the bartender a couple of dinars for tea, you will be forced to wait for 5-10 minutes for your drink on all inclusive, despite the fact that there are only a few people at the bar who are served without ignoring. At the same time, a few dinars quickly solve this problem.

Settlement also follows the principle "let's settle in such a hut so that we can unfasten money for resettlement. " In general, 10 bucks and I was transferred from the 1st to the 3rd floor to a nice room overlooking the courtyard with the pool...

At the reception, it's pointless to ask for something. They nod, they chirp. They will write down your problem and the room number in a notebook and safely forget about it as soon as you leave.

Room service does not understand the gesture of towels thrown on the floor. Upon your return, you will find them neatly hung in place. They will be replaced for you no earlier than 3 days later.
Another important fact - I bought a ticket there as a 4-star. But a week before my arrival, the commission demoted it to 3 stars (which is not surprising with such a service).

There are almost no Russians in the hotel. 30-40% of holidaymakers in the hotel are Arabs (families).

The hotel is family-run, so if you go by yourself, you will climb the wall out of boredom.
