During a holiday in Thailand (end of November 2016) we stayed at this hotel. What can I say… In my opinion SUNSURI PHUKET 5* deserves its five stars. We liked everything: service, design, conditions, and internal infrastructure. To be honest, before the trip I read reviews about numerous Chinese staying here and was a little worried, but everything is not so bad: yes, the citizens of the Celestial Empire really rest there, but they are normal people, absolutely not noisy, we practically did not notice them, especially since The hotel has a separate breakfast room for Europeans. By the way, we also liked the breakfasts, they offered both Thai cuisine and familiar European dishes, plus fruits and vegetables in abundance.
We stayed in the OCEAN VIEW DELUXE room with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The room is spacious, the bed is just huge. All bedding is of excellent quality. Cleaned normally, not to shine every day, but you can live. The room had air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, by the way, worked at a decent speed.
As for the “swim” capabilities of the car: there are two large pools, one even with a tower, very deep, it’s spacious near the pools, there is always a place (drinks at the pool bar are of course a little expensive, but there’s nothing to be done)). But we were rarely in the pool - what's the point if one of the best beaches on the island is a five-minute walk away? By the way, from the hotel to the beach you can not only walk: you can take a bike for free for 2 hours, or according to the schedule from the lobby on a free shuttle.

In general, we are satisfied with the rest. But, I want to note that this place is not for lovers of parties and noisy entertainment. And for a quiet romantic or family vacation - that's it!
