Испорченный отпуск ruined vacation

My husband and I have already been to Thailand. Relaxing on Karon Beach. Fabulous. This year we decided to choose a hotel in Kamala. It started from the road. We were brought to a hotel with the same beginning of the name, but not to ours. When the reception found this, the bus had already left. We were offered to take a taxi. After the outrage kindly called. An hour later, a bus came for us. We went up to the room, went in and I had a shock. There is a construction site right across the street. You can almost reach it by hand. So you can’t sit on the balcony, you can’t open it, noise, and most importantly dust. The request to change the room was a categorical refusal. We called the operator Biblio Globus. Get help, you have to pay 200 dollars. And this is so with an expensive tour. My husband, seeing my condition, paid extra. We went into the room, the light went out. Turns out it was a construction accident. . And this means: the air conditioner does not work, there is a sauna in the room, you can’t drink coffee, the phone is dead, the TV does not show, you can’t iron your clothes to go out.
