Sushi sucks (even when they were being packed for me, as luck would have it, two cockroaches fell from somewhere on the visor of their tray). Nothing chicken (half of the carcass costs 85 baht). Vouchers for excursions were taken on the streets. They were impressed by Simon's transvist show (chic costumes, decorations, everything without vulgarity, professionally), the child also liked it, there was even one Russian song. Take the usual places, not the VIP, they will put you in the usual ones anyway. I liked the trip to Patong, we went to the show for adults. It's good that I read reviews earlier on the Internet. Entrance to the nightclub is free (there will be many barkers with invitations), but when you come to the club you will be offered a menu where drinks will start at a price of 800 baht for a bottle of beer. You can bargain up to 300 baht. We went from a street agency to rafting, everyone liked it, especially quad bikes, a bungee (you must take it) and rafting itself. Elephant shows, rides and monkey shows are not very good (monkey and elephant shows can be watched for free, since everything takes place on the street and everyone is brought to the same place). While rafting, the child was bitten by a monkey, transport was promptly provided, taken to the hospital, and vaccinated against tetanus and rabies. in the evening you can swim in the hotel pool at least until 12 o'clock (it gets dark at 7, there is a warning that swimming after 8 pm is punishable by a fine). You can also bring your own food and eat at tables near the pool. I really liked pancakes with bananas and chocolate, bought from macarons.
In general, I would go to the Karon Weil hotel again.
