I must say that I have been to many places both on my own and on tours, and in 5 stars and in 4 and 3 stars. This hotel is of a very, very good standard, especially at this price. Everything is clean, tidy, conscientious cleaning every day, a very tasty and hearty breakfast (buffet), friendly staff, and for those who write that they were allegedly rude, this is how I saw such guests and their behavior. Behave with dignity and you will be treated appropriately. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Karon Beach.
The location is quite good, there are bars, restaurants, shops nearby, but the prices in them are clearly overpriced and designed for a stupid package Russo-tourist, we had a bike, in the evening we drove only 10 minutes towards Phuket Town and ate at a normal cost and much more. Tastes better than the neighboring "restaurants".
Of the minuses, I can only note the noise from the neighboring bars, but for us it was not critical, we went to bed late when the bars were already asleep : ) and the lack of a hair dryer in the room, but we didn’t ask, I think they would give if asked.

Got it by mistake - confused with Kata see breeze. That hotel had better reviews. They gave me a room with windows facing the street - it was not possible to sleep - they sang karaoke all night in a cafe. We asked for a room with windows overlooking the courtyard, they said that you need to pay extra 400 baht for each day of your stay.

The hotel, even with windows to the courtyard, even with windows to the street, this money is not worth it. Cleaned regularly, but a couple of times they forgot to bring free water. The breakfast was disgusting - there was absolutely nothing to eat except scrambled eggs. In general, we are shocked by the prices in Phuket. We counted on the prices of Pattaya, but everything turned out to be really expensive. Saved the market at the end of the street on the territory of the temple, which worked on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It was cheaper there. They took smoked chicken for 200 baht and ate it for 2 days in the room. In a cafe, eat at least 250 baht per person. The sea was disgusting: dirty and 3 points, so for 14 days we didn’t swim on Karon Beach, we had to take terribly expensive excursions and relax on the islands, where the sea was quieter and cleaner. I will definitely not go to Phuket again. In general, a vacation in Phuket is not worth the money 100 thousand for two. It is already September, and I remember with horror this garbage heap (sea) in which I never swam, despite the fact that it is warm.

Karon Beach is one of the best in Phuket. We were given a room upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The room seemed small at first, but that feeling dissipated on the first day. The windows faced the street. It was noisy during the day and evening. Especially in the evening you will listen to the entire repertoire of the nearby rock bar. So, if you are not a fan of rock - settle with windows in the opposite direction from the street. The room has a shower, washbasin, toilet, air conditioning, 2 armchairs, a table, 2 bedside tables, TV - 7 Russian channels. : ) Every day the room is cleaned, the bed is changed, 2 bottles of water are brought.
Breakfast at the hotel is monotonous, but tasty - buffet. For those who are satisfied with Thai food, that's it. I do not recommend lunch or dinner. Nearby there are places where it is cheaper and tastier.
The staff is smiling and accommodating. You can ask for any question, of course, in English. If this is a problem, consider sign language, it also works. ; )
The hotel completely satisfied me for this money. Have a nice holiday.
