Our things arrived even earlier than us, everything was brought to the room. the boy explained how to use the safe (free of charge), where the hair dryer is, everything is fine. The room was also pleased, large, with a huge bed, a balcony, the only negative of the room is that the shower is built into the wall, not a little uncomfortable. Toiletries are in place. we were lucky we had a large tree growing in front of our balcony, which saved us from the sun very well. The air conditioning worked well, not noisy. There are 2 cool pools with a jacuzzi and a waterfall, the water in the pool was just hot in the evening. in the lower pool a little cooler, there is a bar. The hotel has practically no territory. The beach is across the road, dirty, almost no one cleans it, they say that Patong is even dirtier. but I don’t know where else, everywhere there are bottles, bags, etc. Sunbeds are paid 200 baht, but if you left and didn’t leave towels, then most likely they will be busy by your arrival and will have to be located elsewhere. I won’t say the sea . which was clean, the same as in Pattaya. Here on the islands where we went on excursions, the sea was really amazingly clean. The breakfasts were normal, I won’t say that they were very diverse, but everything was quite tasty. (All the same, a three-ruble note). It’s very inconvenient that there are no bracelets, they gave me a card and use this card to go into the dining room, then they forgot it, then I took a swim, it was also a waste to go after it on purpose. A big minus for the hotel (at least for me) is the lack of free internet, even in a seedy cafe there is free internet. How in our time and without it? They cleaned the room every day, changed towels, bed linen was of course not very stained, tips in the form of 20 baht were left regularly. Reception on the street in the heat it is not very pleasant to be there. there are scales for weighing luggage, but believe me, such scales were produced even under Tsar Pea, everywhere in the city they are electronic, albeit paid ones (only 1 baht), so we weighed our suitcases, everything seems to be normal, and when weighing at the airport, it turned out that our suitcases were on 1 kg. harder, also had problems.
