We stayed at the hotel 2 years ago. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, green area. The main building is located on a hill, descending to the beach along the steps, also for the convenience of tourists there is another option: on a small train on rails at certain hours. There are also separate villas with a private pool. We booked three rooms, but there were no suitable ones for us at that moment, so we were offered a large villa on the coast, which cost more than our three rooms combined. The villa is luxurious, antique ebony furniture (I don’t know what it’s called), three rooms and a common hall and kitchen, a large swimming pool. The breakfasts are good, pastries, fresh juices, fruits and much more. The staff is smiling, English speaking.
By the way, in addition to restaurants, there is a chic Chicago-style bar with live music, which we went to on the last day, because. they didn't know about its existence before. We weren't allowed in shorts))). On certain days, courses of batik, Thai cuisine, etc. were held. for a fee.
The only negative for us (for someone it will certainly be only a plus), the location is far from Patong, taxi drivers wring prices. Although there are restaurants, studios, and shops nearby.

Regarding the beach: you can swim at certain hours in the morning and in the evening, the ebb interferes, the shore is exposed, it smells of silt.
In general, the impressions were positive.
