We booked this hotel on our own (through booking) and were not disappointed at all!
The hotel is located in the very "epicenter" of the bustling tourist life.
Directly opposite is a 24-hour mini-market.
Within walking distance of taxi services, tour offices, laundries, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, car and motorbike rental.
Five minutes walk - "Mike Shopping Mall" and a fruit market. Plus - a few more shopping centers on Second Road, which you can easily walk to (7-10 minutes).
The staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive, all speak English.
We had a standard room - spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Plumbing, furniture, electrical appliances - in good condition. Cleaned daily and, as they say, on the conscience.
Wi-fi is stable and fast; both in the rooms and in the lobby.
The breakfasts are excellent in my opinion! A small buffet (sausages, ham, scrambled eggs, stewed vegetables, fried rice, light soup + steam rice to it). Of course, fresh fruits and vegetables + sauces for them, excellent yogurt, muesli and milk, tea, coffee, juices, bread (including toast), rich pastries.
Also, the waiters will offer you to choose from the menu one of 20 hot breakfast options (English, American, French set + salmon steaks, chicken breast + several East Asian soups).
In short, you won't leave hungry!
The hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna, but I won’t say anything about them, because. we did not sit in the room, every day we went on excursions, walks, etc.
During our stay in Tai, we left for Koh Chang for 3 days. And since then returned to the same hotel, then agreed to leave things in it for storage. Very comfortably!
Check-in, payment, check-out, arrangements for additional services and some requests from our side - everything was done very quickly and accurately.
My opinion - the hotel "LK Renessance" fully complies with the declared standards!
