The beach is private (a piece of public), the beach also has towels.
The hotel is located on the 1st line in the southern part of Jomtien beach. The hotel is not accessible by public transport. but there is a free tuk tuk that will take you to the roadway. There are 2 exits from the hotel: a promenade, which is forbidden during the day, it leads to the store "7-11" and another, to the upper street, it is driven just during the day.
The hotel has very good cuisine. This is a huge merit. Breakfast included, dinner optional. For 1 time in the room there is a discount coupon for dinner at their restaurant. We ate at the hotel a couple of times. Delicious, huge portions. but prices are high. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby. I'm not talking about the center at all. They are at every turn. We are very satisfied with the service and the rest. I recommend
It is not located in the center, but it will not be difficult to get to it - there are a lot of tuk-tuks and after a 5-7 minute trip you are there.
The hotel is separated from the coast by a small road, which is blocked for transport from 10 to 15 and it becomes a pedestrian zone.
The beach does not belong to hotels, it is urban throughout. Hotels on it occupy small areas with sun loungers and umbrellas. The ocean is warm, but a little muddy-dirty (the specifics of the composition of the rocks of the coast). For a clear azure ocean, you can go to the islands.
The hotel itself consists of a complex of villas located around or near the pools and surrounded by tropical plants, shrubs and flowers. We lived on the ground floor of one of the villas. Narrow paths lead to each entrance. Very well thought out, because resting on the patio you can not see or hear the neighbors. Only the beauty of the tropics, birds singing and squirrels rushing through the trees.
As I wrote, we were settled on the first floor. Our room had a large bed, a sofa, dressing tables and a chest of drawers in the national style. The room was with a kitchen equipped with all appliances: stove, microwave, kettle, large refrigerator. The kitchen had utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. ). In general, everything you need is at your fingertips. The host, Deborah, was inquiring every day about our needs and rest. Bedding and towels were changed every day. The bed was decorated with orchids.
Breakfast buffet with a variety of meats and side dishes, fresh vegetables and fruits, pastries. The chef is smart, she cooks very well. Dinner at the Rabbit Restaurant did not disappoint.
The hosts maintain excellent service in an atmosphere of home comfort.
After one of the tropical hurricanes, the power was turned off along the coast. The hosts carefully placed lit candles along all the paths, around the pools, on the patio and in the rooms. The evening was romantic. Despite the fact that it lasted no more than 3 hours, each room received a discount on orders at the restaurant. It was unexpected and very pleasant, although we did not feel any discomfort.
In general, Thailand is a place where you want to return again. And if Pattaya, then this is the Rabbit Resort.
The first time we celebrated the New Year on the beach - super! If we go to Pattaya again, then only to Rabbit. Believe sophisticated and spoiled tourists - it's great there! Yes, it is important - I have never heard the usual Russian swearing, all people are intelligent, calm. After 10, there is absolute silence on the territory, no one is drinking, and this is so surprising for Pattaya.
