So, consider the proposed hotel - Amari Residences on Pratumnak. Stay time - 05/21/17 to 06/04/17.
The hotel is new, clean. We arrived at the hotel at the beginning of the second hour of the day - a welcome drink (iced tea) and a wet towel were immediately offered. We were waiting for the check-in for about 10 minutes - the time required to fill out the questionnaire and issue a receipt for a deposit of $ 100 per room for the entire stay, we were immediately given a Wi-Fi password. At the reception, a Russian-speaking employee, Annafeya, is the savior of the entire Russian-speaking contingent. For everything -
special thanks to!!!
We received 2 (two! ) key cards and forward to the room.
Room (no kitchen): great smart home style room. There is a balcony, from the 6th floor you can see the sea (albeit far away). There are USB sockets for charging mobile devices. In the room wi-fi catches confidently. On TV - there is one Russian channel. Available: Kettle, couple of cups, tea/sugar/coffee, safe, empty minibar (which is very good), beach bag, flip flops, bathrobes, soap/shampoo/cotton buds, etc. There are no razors. Toothbrushes and iron - upon request, will be brought from the reception. A couple (sometimes three) bottles of water. Cleaning is normal. If you take a room with a kitchen and buy food in Big C, you can save a lot.
Breakfast/restaurant: The breakfasts were good - what are two different types of moldy cheese, cold cuts, rolls (albeit simple, without fish), soups, nuts, fruit and more. Two coffee machines were replaced with new ones.
Territory / infrastructure: There is a good gym, overlooking the pool, of course the pool itself with a bar (and a horse price tag for beer in it) and a slide. There is an ATM.
Beach: To Cozy Beach, Google Fit totaled me 850 m or 13 min. Whether it's a lot or a little, judge for yourself. The beach itself (compared to 2013) has become worse - several cafes have disappeared, or maybe this is because of the off season. There were strong low tides, then I downloaded the application with the low tide schedule and began to go to the beach when there was water : )
Surroundings: Nearby there are massage parlors, 7/11 and family mart shops, fruit sellers, souvenirs, suitcases, cafes, pharmacies and grocery stores. Prices for food and souvenirs are reasonable. Someone here is bored and tuk-tuks do not come here (only in taxi mode), but one of the important advantages of Amari - a transfer to Pattaya and back, does not get bored. In walking distance and observation deck - Pattaya view point (about 1 km on foot) and Buddha Temple (about 1.5 km. )
Bottom line / summary: The hotel is worthy, it is recommended to visit. Back here? - Of course yes. Wait.
