And immediately an unpleasant situation occurred at the reception, the guide from the Pegasus who accompanied us on the bus (a Russian girl, I don’t remember her name) did not see us off. yes there. she didn’t even go to the hotel with us (although she settled all the other tourists who went to neighboring hotels), but sent a Thai guide with us, who, in turn, simply murmured something in her own language to the girl at the reception, rushing into the bus and left . in the end, my boyfriend and I were left standing completely alone. the girl at the reception gave us the key to the room, we went up to our room and just a. . khnuli, absolutely nothing to do with the photographs that we were shown in the travel agency. firstly a bed, there were two lorries. instead of one double, the bath is just awful, my young man said that he wouldn’t even wash there, it’s just necessary to see it, a dirty torn curtain, the bathroom itself with some kind of black spots that look like a fungus, the walls are tiled between which there is also something black, dampness, the barrel is leaking. there is no balcony, there is an ordinary tile (white tile) on the floor, in general, we were in such a shock from the room provided to us, because when buying tickets, the room had to be with a balcony, with one double bed, and with wooden floors. nothing to do with what we were offered. Of course, I got angry and went downstairs, demanding to show us another number. the girls rummaged through the PC for a long time. and found something, gave us the keys. we went up to the second room: the view is no different, everything is the same, only the bed is one large, this room did not suit us either, the second time we go down to the reception, the girl smiling says that there are no other rooms, and then offers us a room on the 14th floor, but for additional fee of 200 baht per night. we decided to watch it. the room, of course, is not the same as it should be according to the vouchers we bought, but the bath, bed, balcony and bed linen suited us, as we later realized it was an improved room. although in my opinion it was a little better than the first two. and just do not accommodate Russians in such rooms (Russian tourists live in rooms up to the 10th floor), and above the Chinese and Americans. and again we go down for the third time to the reception and explain that the room suits us, but we will not pay an additional amount, since we have already paid for everything. for a long time the girl stood trying to persuade us to check into the first room before tomorrow, supposedly we will be moved to another tomorrow afternoon, I thought that all this was bullshit and did not agree, and then we got her, and she gives us the keys to the improved room and says live in it, no extra money. well, thank God we are settled!! ! cheers! ! an hour later we arrived at the hotel. I think she wanted to make money on us. . . but it didn't work out. ))) In this room, of course, we found a bunch of shortcomings, such as the balcony door did not close the first time, the view from the balcony opened up to some kind of barracks, slightly capturing our pool and a modest strip of sea. the chairs certainly expected a lot to be desired. there are some yellowish spots on the walls. but it was the best of what we were offered. All in all, we're not happy. bichevskoy hotel. noisy street, located near the hotel, did not allow to sleep until 4 o'clock in the morning. and I want to note thank God there are no bugs. This is of course a plus among the other minuses). breakfasts also did not please us, every day as one, scrambled eggs, sausages, some kind of dry rice. pineapple and watermelon. dry drinking is terrible, not an ounce of water or juice. some kind of rolls, two sausages, butter. 2 eggs. the only thing that pleased us in this beach hotel was the pool, as many write, we did not meet "girls of the ancient profession". I will say one thing, do not believe the photos on the Internet that are made by professional photo and video cameras. if you choose a hotel for yourself, open reviews, read, and see real photos of hotels that are made by tourists. and yet, this hotel is quite old, built in 1993. and it's very big. the appearance is certainly not bad, but the internal state of course leaves much to be desired, apparently the Thais have neither the time nor the means to monitor it, repair it, etc. and so, Tai is, of course, already a hackneyed country where people travel from all over the world. especially Russians, going to Thailand is the same as going to Primorye)) We liked the excursions, we spent very little time at the hotel, took two-day trips, such as Kwai and Cambodia. Well, attractions, of course, we especially recommend "Flight of the Gibbon", it's really extreme, unusual, you will get a portion of adrenaline 100%. once again about the hotel, it's better to look for some other one, I won't hesitate to choose it.
