A deposit of $100 is required upon check-in at the hotel. Quick check in and quick check out. The staff is rude, unfriendly. The rooms near the large pool are small, uncomfortable, ill-conceived. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, for an excursion to the Kwai River, and the outskirts of Pattaya, before going on our main vacation, to the island of Koh Chang, to a four-star hotel. My opinion is that those who went on vacation to Thailand, or in general, for the first time abroad, will like the hotel, for example, my 64-year-old mother would be delighted with this hotel.
