I read rave reviews about the hotel and went there with my husband and five-year-old child in full confidence that they had made the right choice. I am writing this review for those who are accustomed to relaxing in hotels not lower than 4 stars. The hotel is very green. but not well maintained, our room was deluxe with sea view - not impressed. in the room dirty, cleaned somehow, there is a layer of dust in the cabinets, things had to be left in bags without unpacking. In general, it is clear that they save on maintenance personnel. Breakfasts are good, hearty, but monotonous, in fact, as in any hotel in Thailand. Of the benefits - a children's pool with a canopy and a good adult. It was annoying that you need to book sunbeds, and even coupons for breakfast, which are issued at the reception upon check-in, without them they are not allowed into the restaurant, just as they are not allowed to go with beach bags and backpacks. We were always told that the sea is cleaner in the south - it turned out that it wasn't. The beach is dirty, the sea is full of floating bags and fish heads. We are not the first time in Pattaya, we used to live in hotels on the north coast, and the sea was always clean there, and hotels cannot be compared with this, such as Royal Cliff, Centara Grand Mirage, Pullman Aisavan. In general, for those who like to relax in comfort, without bothering with all sorts of coupons for breakfast, booking sunbeds and the constant reminder of the maid to "bring towels" - choose another hotel.
