A fairly large spacious area, a beautiful garden, an amusement park and a water park on the territory (attractions and a water park are paid for 100 baht) 5th floor, but the next day they granted our request and gave us a higher room - on the 24th floor, superion with a side view of the city and the Gulf of Thailand. In the Tower building (with a tower) there are only 6 standards, they are slightly smaller in size and are located at the end of the building relative to the bay. The rooms are spacious, everything worked properly, clean linen, daily change of towels at your request (throw used ones on the floor). Hairdryer can be requested at the reception. Also, by dialing 66 and asking for "boiling water", a thermos is brought to you in a couple of minutes. There is a filled minibar in the room (everything with a red stamp is paid, prices are at the bar), but daily 2 bottles of water 0.5 are free, there is no stamp on them! Sockets are suitable for all electrical appliances, but see the rating, there are sockets for 220.110, 250.150W in the room. The rooms have individual air conditioning, a safe. . in addition, guests can take a safe at the reception for free if they are afraid that the electronic safe in the room can be opened. There were no incidents of theft. The hotel is purely Russian, if you are tired of compatriots, you are clearly not here. And for us it was a plus, because everyone understands you perfectly, you can always find a company, and the staff can speak Russian. The hotel does not take deposit. Upon arrival, the guest receives a paper card (it is used to issue an electronic key to the room and beach towels (from 6 am to 19-00) and breakfast vouchers, every day you will be torn off the roots of these vouchers, and after passing the voucher you can order dry rations if you eat on excursions. But dry rations are meager: milk, rolls and a boiled egg. And breakfasts in the dining room are decent, you won’t leave hungry, there is a choice. Fruits, though not a lot: pineapples and watermelons, but you can find everything else on the market without problems. I also liked the location of the hotel: 4 km to the center, 5 minutes up the street along the shops, street tour agencies and cafes and you catch a tuk-tuk, which will take you to the center of Pattaya in 10 baht and 10 minutes, there is at least a stone's throw to the pier , from which ferries depart to Koh Lan, and in the evening to the famous Volkin Street (the ferry is just at the end of this street). Unlike the center, the bay near the hotel even allows you to swim, at least the beach was always full, and when our day was torn apart by excursions, we stayed sunbathing on the beach near the hotel (it is city, it closes in the evening, sometimes they forget to close it), the beach is equipped, if you wish, you can take a sunbed for 100 baht or 2 sun loungers and a table under a canopy for 60 baht, you can just sit on your towel or mat. The amusement park is open during daylight hours, the water park is the same, the slides are normal - it has been tested on itself, but all the pools are very small in the water park. There are 2 free pools on site, they are deeper. In addition, there are 2 restaurants in the hotel tower, the visit to which is 550 and 600 baht - a buffet, in addition to food for this money, visitors climb to the observation deck on the 54th floor and can choose an extreme descent on a bungee or in the cable car, however, take a ride on the cable car on the road you can do without lunch or dinner for 300 baht, or just go up to the observation deck and go down the elevator for 200 baht. I will add about the service, they work quickly, there are no complaints. In the last 24 hours, the fuse in our room blew, the air conditioner and the TV went out (the lamps worked), the electricians who came immediately after our call to the reception could not fix the breakdown, but the manager and the worker immediately came up, who offered to change our room, helped to collect things and moved the suitcases, because it is difficult to do without air conditioning, we moved to the new room offered to us and spent the last night there.
