In general, the hotel is not bad, but there are many little things that spoil the rest and mood.

DID NOT LIKE:

1. I'll start, perhaps, with the staff. The staff speaks little English, sometimes they even pretend that they do not understand you and you have to communicate through an interpreter. I will omit that they never said hello and did not smile much.
2. Cleaning in the rooms. We somehow stayed in the room until dinner and found the cleaning of the rooms ...The floors are wiped with a dirty cloth only in the hallway and a little near the beds. Balconies are not cleaned. The curtain in the bathroom is very old and dirty. Toilets are not cleaned. Tables, bedside tables are not wiped. They change only the sheet (duvet cover, pillowcases for an additional fee).

3. Breakfast. You can only get breakfast with coupons, and if you lost it, then I'm sorry. There is practically nothing. All food is mainly designed for the Chinese (some kind of stews, strange salads, rice). Of the fruits, only watermelon, pineapple and bananas (not very tasty, oddly enough). Fried eggs are cooked, but very nasty, greasy, in smelly oil.
There are no yogurts, sweets, cheese, and no dairy products at all.
4. I'll tell you about a few more unpleasant incidents. There are glass bottles of water in the room (free, but not quite), these bottles should not be thrown away, because they do not change them, but simply refill the water! And if you throw it away, then a fine of 15 baht.
I forgot to tell you about towels. With the quality of the towels, as luck would have it, sometimes clean, white, and sometimes gray and frayed. So, we somehow stained the mango towels, so the cleaning lady refused to change them and said that we have to pay, when we asked "for what? " they just need to be washed, like everyone else, she pretended not to understand and poked us on the price plate "in case of lost or damage", referring to the fact that we spoiled them. We turned to the reception, they shrugged their shoulders and said pay, without any arguments.
Of course, we did not pay anything, but at the check-out we were still given this fine and said that they would not let us in until we paid 150 baht!!!
5. Guests are mostly Chinese, 10-20 people are Russians/Ukrainians
6. Pool. The pool is small for such a hotel, there is some kind of muck on the sides and looks like a fungus. There are few beds.

LIKED:
1. I want to note the view from the window. We lived in a building that is NOT a tower. It's newer. We took a deluxe room with a sea view and did not regret it. We were given a room on 14 of the 15 floors. The sunsets are amazing, the room is spacious, there are chairs on the balcony.
2. The location is very convenient. 100 meters from the sea, but it is dirty, muddy and swimming is not very pleasant. There is also a paid water park nearby, but it is more for children, because the pool is waist-deep. From the hotel you immediately get to the market and the "Russian street", there are a lot of cafes, restaurants, massage parlors, fruit shops, shops, etc. 7 minutes to the nearest tuk-tuk stop.

In general, if you are not very picky, then you can choose this hotel. Quiet enough, calm, comfortable, but the quality of service, of course, fails.
