I myself am from Yekaterinburg. The whole trip was amazing, I especially want to tell you about the territory of the hotel - everything is buried in greenery. My apartments were equipped with the latest technology in terms of quality, I just could not believe my eyes! And the atmosphere itself is in European style, my windows overlooked the sea and this most wonderful garden. From the equipment there was everything: air conditioning, and a kitchen, a color TV, a microwave oven, and all sorts of buttons everywhere - a miracle! The service can be rated 5+, the room was cleaned every day. I went to the gym (the cost of the lesson is 120 baht). In general, a wide range of services was offered, I just trudged from the massage. The beach is 300 meters from the hotel. The water is clean, but there was a mess on the beach itself. I even wondered how? But apparently nothing is perfect. Sunbeds, by the way, are all paid, I had to be placed on the sand, but this has its own taste. A complete sense of freedom. And the people there are also wonderful, kind and always smiling. . My impressions of the trip right still surprise me. I did not imagine that some kind of travel agency Alfa, about which, by the way, I read not very flattering statements, would be able to arrange such a vacation for me.

The hotel really draws on 4 stars and its main drawback is the non-opening windows, and the air conditioners in the rooms are pretty decently buzzing. The service is good, daily cleaning of the room, daily change of bedding and towels, fresh fruit. The people at the reception are friendly and welcoming. In the morning we had breakfast in a restaurant, a buffet, the cost of breakfast is 8 euros per person, of course, a little expensive, but the buffet is pretty good.

The hotel does not have its own beach (under construction), the neighboring beach is 200 meters away, but sunbeds and umbrellas can be used for free. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, tennis, billiards, sports and gyms, but the simulators are old and not all work. The hotel is far from the city, but this has its pluses and minuses. The area around the hotel is large, there are 2 lakes, but there is construction nearby and this of course affects. In May, the construction of a new building should be completed, and then (perhaps) the territory will be given due attention. The host (Top Level company) left a double impression. On the one hand, a personal guide and a personal car, it really was and it's great, unlike travel agencies traveling by bus. Any excursion when you are with your wife and a guide with a car is much more fun and informative than when a group of 20-40 people drives up on a bus and the guide constantly repeats: “here we look at this and that and after 10.15- 20 minutes pick up from the bus. And so every time. A personal program (excursions, shows, restaurants) is of course better and more convenient for vacationers, however, it is also expensive, on average 45 euros per day per person (this includes breakfast, lunch and dinner). Thanks to the guide (Sergey), he did his job nicely. What the host party (Top Level company) did not particularly like was the constant pressure, overly persistently recommending to buy a Certificate for a club holiday and it is from them and precisely today and now. Guys, I came to rest calmly, and not think day and night whether I should become a member of your club or not. Only at home I can, in a calm atmosphere, having weighed all the pros and cons, make a decision.
