This hotel confirmed the accommodation a week before departure. We settled in right away. There were three of us with an adult son - the room is small for three. There was no noise in the room from nearby roads - the window of the room overlooked the park. Full cleaning with change of linen and towels every day. I liked the breakfasts - 4 types of hot, salads, cold snacks, etc. The location is convenient if you are not afraid to walk. Within walking distance of the beach, port, Volkin Street, shops and cafes. We went to the island of Koh Lan ourselves, by tuk-tuk to the beach of the Potaya Park Hotel, to the Temple of Truth.
