Exactly what we expected from this hotel, we got it. It is located in the city, but with its own beach, there are few of them in this city. We booked a 3-bed room, but the receptionists were impudent, at first they settled us in a beautiful room, but there were cardboard walls, we heard the neighbors, even when they were just talking. We contacted reception to change rooms, they wanted to put us in a room with a view of the garbage cans, which had one double bed and a cot for a child. We began to explain to them that we booked a room with a normal bed for a child, and not a folding bed, after which their administrator found out all this, as a result they gave the room that we bought, very wonderful in the new building. There were no complaints, we did not hear the neighbors. Thanks to the admin for sorting it out. And the guide, when she arrived, answered that the settlement of the issue was not at all within her competence, so why is she sitting there at all? To soar excursions? We were told that there would be few tourists from Russia in the hotel, but in fact there were a lot of them, both on the beach and everywhere. If this is not noticed, there are no other complaints about the hotel. The food was plus / minus normal, very beautiful presentation of dishes, restaurant food. We were satisfied with the choice of the hotel and its location. If you walk for 40 minutes, with a child, you can walk to the center. There are no problems with the transfer, if not too lazy to figure it out. The territory of the hotel itself is beautiful, green, planted with palm trees, trees, magnolias, something else, it is interesting there, peacocks walk; there were 2 pools, the water is warm. The staff is smiling. There was no animation at all. We bought a lot of excursions from the guide, we were satisfied with their quality, they are all thought out, the guides are Russian-speaking. What was described in the tour, we got even more. I give the hotel 8 out of 10. .
