I stayed at this hotel with my husband in August. Despite the fact that this is the rainy season, the weather was great, it only rained a couple of times and it didn’t really bother us, it didn’t spoil our plans.
About the hotel: incredibly green, just such a first impression, incredibly rich green, flowering bushes and trees everywhere, shot animals, a neat lawn, birds sing, lizards run and not a single mosquito during the entire stay at the hotel!
Because our road was quite long, as much as 36 hours, then we arrived tired and hungry, at 7 o’clock in the morning, they took our luggage from us and closed it in some room, offering to walk around the hotel, relax by the pool or go for breakfast, while prepare numbers, because breakfast that day was not included in the price, and the amount of the surcharge seemed too high to us, we went to wander along the beach in search of a wrecked cafe, which we read about in the reviews, ate there together for half the amount of breakfast for one at the hotel and when we returned, the key to the room was already waiting for us, the clock was about 9 in the morning. Standard room, on the 3rd floor in the first building, which is closer to the sea. Excellent room, clean, on the table a fruit basket and congratulations - we celebrated our wedding anniversary, and our tour operator informed the hotel - it was a pleasant surprise. The room was cleaned daily and excellent, regardless of the dollar left, the towels were changed, the bed was not daily, but I won’t say how often, somehow I don’t bother with it, they decorated it beautifully every day, thanks for that.

Breakfast is a buffet, everything is very tasty, varied, we didn’t try everything in 12 days, there were always fruits, sweets, 4-5 types of hot dishes, milk, cereals, omelettes, waffles, pancakes, fresh juices, by the way, juices are available throughout the day it was free to drink in the lobby, which we did, because. at the pool bar they were paid))))
The staff is friendly, smiling and most importantly - honest. We had a problem, I forgot my phone case with a bank card in the lobby, they rushed in the morning, while I was trying to find out something at the reception and block the card, my husband managed to explain to the maids that we had lost the case and the card, after 5 minutes the maid came running and brought us our goods, showing that everything is in place and where she found it. And then she calmed me down for another 10 minutes, because. I just burst into tears of relief.
The beach is good, clean, the low tide certainly left a lot of rubbish on the sand, but everything was cleaned up very quickly. The sea itself - we were not lucky, during our stay there were a lot of jellyfish and it was dangerous to swim in the sea, as evidenced by huge posters on the beach, but we don’t read signs, so we climbed into the sea once - very warm, but muddy, and again - full of jellyfish. A little later, the hotel guide began her communication with us with a warning that the bites of local jellyfish turn out to be poisonous, and that it’s all the more impossible to go into the water at night, because. you can step on a sea urchin, of which there are plenty (we watched them from the pier). Well, actually, we didn’t expect a beach holiday from Pattaya, we came every day from excursions for hours at 6 pm, and at that time it was already getting dark, so a couple of hours by the pool and into the city for a walk. In order to swim and enjoy the sea to the full, we took an excursion to the islands - that's where the sea is simply unrealistically beautiful!
We took all the excursions from the tour operator, perhaps it would have been cheaper from the street, but we didn’t save on our peace of mind, especially since the main local excursions were included in the price, and we didn’t want to go to the other side of the country with no one knows who.

Several times we went to Walking Street, far away, but we didn’t have any special problems, the card was in hand and in a tuk-tuk.
The food, the restaurant "Botanical Garden", which is located on the territory of the hotel, we did not like, expensive (relatively) and not tasty. We often dined either in "Ruined" or in Pattaya itself at the end of Walking Street on the right, an excellent restaurant, although expensive, but tasty))) Lunch often fell during excursions, so it was either included or had a snack from street vendors. In general, the breakfast eaten was enough until dinner)))
There is a mini bar in the room, but we didn’t use it, there is a 7/11 mini market near the entrance to the hotel, everyone bought what they needed there, the price is 3 times lower than the mini bar.
Wi-fi caught only in the lobby and on the balcony, the hotel has a free room with computers and wired access, The speed is not so hot, but it was very useful for us, because. We did not take a laptop with us.
The disadvantages can be attributed to only one thing - the safe at the reception, although free, but with a very inconvenient work schedule: from 8 am to 8 pm, i. е. you need to think about the money for "tomorrow" in a day, because departures for excursions, often early, and if you forgot, or lingered on the excursion, then the safe will not be opened for you. So it happened before our trip to Kwai, it’s good that the card was not in the safe, otherwise we wouldn’t see elephant rides and souvenirs))) And yet, at the time of the trip it didn’t matter to us, but the hotel has no conditions for living with children (chairs, cribs, playground), only the children's pool area, of course, hardly anyone with kids will go to Pattaya, it's more just for information.
