I chose the hotel based on reviews on the Internet, reviewed the photos of all the hotels, I liked only one. Palm trees, the sea, a two-level pool in the form of a natural rocky relief + far from the bustle of the city, but there is a transfer (free of charge to the city center at almost any time). One thing upset me, the guide of the tour operator Anex (I kindly call him ANUS), with him you really find yourself in full J. . E. The guide me and my 7-year-old daughter (it was with her that I went to Tai on vacation) simply “knocked over” with an excursion to the Kwai River, took money and “fed” me with promises about the mysterious Kwai for a week, after we threatened with litigation in the homeland and the tourist police in Thailand - we were returned the money we paid for an already very expensive excursion (6500 baht for two), due to inexperience, because at the neighboring Chol Chan hotel our compatriots offered an analogue 2 times cheaper. Advice: do not be afraid to take these excursions from "ours", they definitely will not deceive. After that, there is a chance to come to this country again. The hotel has very polite staff (after Russia it is good luck to see such nice people), for example: we were met by a fragile girl, not tall, snatched two heavy bags from my hands and dragged them to the hotel. When we checked into the hotel, there was an incident, because I chose a hotel that was consonant with many hotels in Pattaya, especially since it was part of the Best Western hotel chain, and when we were brought to our temporary bungalow, I realized that this is not what I so long chose in the internet. For a long time I tried to explain to the bus driver that the name of the hotel did not match the name of my end point, and God heard me, he sent us this charming and fragile girl, who, after a long conversation with our guide, all the same arranged us in that hotel cat. liked me. yes, by the way, we were met not by a Russian-speaking guide (she was doing her own business at that time, and communicated only by phone), but by a poor Thai woman, who did not speak either Russian or English, hung around us all the way and helped to get into a hotel. God bless her, and indeed all Thais (only for their smiles) : ))) Now about the hotel. This is a wonderful place for a vacation. The rooms are air-conditioned, clean, snow-white beds (the linen is changed every day), if there is dirty linen, they will wash and iron it, and in the evening, having come from the excursion, you find your clothes fragrant with freshness and floral aromas in the closet, and next to the price tag, to horror with a ridiculous price ; )). I also liked the fact that after drinking, for example, a bottle of beer (and the beer there is very tasty, especially in the KOPF restaurant), and leaving it on the table or on the ground, looking back after 5 seconds, you do not find it, only the neck of this vessel is visible in an urn standing two steps away from you (well done, Thais keep cleanliness). The pool in the hotel is large, beautiful, but not deep, which is a special grace for children, and it is comfortable for an adult to lie down. The sea is dirty (muddy bottom, plastic dishes from nearby cafes on the coast), and besides, frequent low tides will not let you swim, but there is room for a photo shoot: evening sunsets, reflections of waves, birds, etc. , will leave pleasant memories of this wonderful country . Trust me, you won't see this in other hotels. By the way, all Russians in this hotel try to make friends, such an aura is inherent only in this hotel, in other hotels I noticed, and in conversations with compatriots there is no friendship, everything is exactly the opposite (many were jealous of us and "bited their elbows", which ignored this hotel). It is not for nothing that this hotel is in demand among Thais, on weekends they and their families come to this hotel, it is appreciated by them, moreover, all rooms with access to the pool are reserved only for Thais. A wonderful country, kind, smiling Thais around, snow-white sand and a warm sea - everything leaves a favorable aftertaste in the soul. My daughter, having recently watched a program about Pattaya on TV, burst into tears, said that she misses Thailand very much, and is ready to return to this country, to this hotel, to these people again.
