I was in this hotel in September 2013 with a 2-day excursion, an excellent hotel for a relaxed, relaxing holiday! And now the most interesting.... 13 people, including 2 children, spent the night in a room prepared for repair, the ceiling was eaten by a fungus, the air conditioner broke down immediately, and we were offered to sleep on the floor, on mattresses, and that's not all the charms of this wonderful hotel, the shower that we were offered to use was by the pool, respectively, shared, By the way, the toilets were also shared (did not work). The guides explained to us that the hotel administration had booked more than it could offer rooms, so we paid the money for this as well as everything on the price list !! ! For the inconvenience, the administration gave us a bottle of whiskey through the guide, one for all. New Year's dinner is a different story, firstly, we stood in a NOT SMALL queue for food, secondly, the Russians almost got into a fight with the British because of undercooked chicken, since there was not enough meat for everyone, and thirdly, apart from this very chicken, there were watermelons and pineapples on the tables and french fries, the rest of the food was Thai and looked disgusting. Although it was precisely because of the New Year's dinner that the ticket was much more expensive than on ordinary days! WHERE ELSE WOULD WE GET SUCH A REST FOR OUR OWN MONEY? By the way, the money was returned only to us and another couple. All the rest soared the brain will give tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. . .
