Liked the hotel. Well located, offers a good level of service and maintenance, good and balanced food. We went on vacation in January with my sister. Attracted, of course, the price of the hotel. The TPG tour operator had the most favorable conditions, we fly with him very often. Organization of recreation as usual - on top, nothing to complain about. The manager at any time got in touch and did her best to help us in resolving issues and just to find out how we were doing. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly reception staff, immediately placed in the room. I really liked the staff, responsive, quickly respond to questions and requests, ready to prompt and explain. We were given a very cool room, double and overlooking the lake. The decor of the room is simple but cozy. Large bed, TV, safe, mini-bar. Bathroom with good plumbing, cosmetics were only soap, towels were changed in a timely manner. Heating is good. Cleaning daily. Breakfast is quite varied. Large selection of vegetables and fruits, milk porridge, eggs, cheeses, meat cuts, sausages, sweets and pastries, coffee, tea. Dinners on the menu - there was always a choice of meat, salads, side dishes. Sweets and desserts were a delight. You can dine inexpensively and tasty at the ski lift. By the way, bass takes you to the lift in the morning, and you can return back by regular bus. The hotel has a rental of skis and other equipment, which is much cheaper than at the ski lift. The nature here is simply unreal, clean fresh air, spruce forests, snow-capped mountains. The photos come out very beautiful. The spa at the hotel is not bad, they offer massage services, you can swim in the pool or soak in the jacuzzi. The hotel is excellent, quite corresponding to all the ideas of the "four". I recommend!
