There is a special room for storing skis and boots. The hotel offers different types of saunas, very good quality. There is a pool but very small. There is also a Conference Center. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby bar, in the corridors and in the rooms, except for the 4th floor.
I really liked the hotel. This is really the place where you want to return. This is a very good 4 star hotel.
We settled on the 2nd floor in 2 rooms (an adult child of 15 years old wanted to live separately). The rooms are clean without show-offs, the TV is small, the furniture is economy class... The ski service at the hotel is good, the lift is 150 meters uphill, but back with a breeze. There was a lot of snow, but for 2 days there was a strong wind and the upper chair lifts did not work.
Spa center of a good level, until 15-00 free of charge then 300 CZK (10 euros) per person for 3 hours. Finnish and Turkish baths, salt and relaxation rooms, the pool is small. Slovaks-Poles come for the weekend and it becomes a bit crowded on the mountain and in the spa. We went to the Beshonova thermal center (40min drive) - we liked it for 2 hours for 340 CZK per person. In general, the family liked the rest, although there was nowhere to go out of the hotel in the evening - they sat at the bar, drank, listened to live music.
The location of the hotel is good, although it's hard to ski uphill, but only 200 meters, and you can ski right back to the hotel entrance. Although, in my opinion, the Mikolashkina Hata hotel is better located - away from the road and the path to the mountain is more gentle. But I'm not sure if this hotel is offered by our tour operators.
The tracks are already badly broken by lunchtime, and if snowfall is generally a disaster, it turns out to be skiing on plowed virgin soil. There are queues to get up, but they move quickly.
I don’t know about beer, it seems that in our restaurants in Moscow it tastes better, but the Tatra Tea balm is super, a real oriental exclusive.
Nature is beautiful, the air is purest and lightest.
For a change, you can visit the Demanovska Cave of Freedom - cool.
In general, next time we will go for a ride to another country (where we have not yet been), and God willing, we would not mind returning to Slovakia again. We did not receive any negative emotions during the week, except that the flight from Moscow was delayed for 4 hours. Well, except for fried cracklings, of course : ))).
From the unpleasant: there is no dryer for boots. Well, to climb the slopes uphill about 300 meters. The slopes are narrow, short, the lifts are a bit old. : ))))
Zoto has a restaurant Koleska or Kaliba (I don’t remember) - a paradise for the stomach!
A resort for beginners, I think, although the narrow runs lead to unnecessary injuries.
